The service was incredibly easy to set up, and once they received my package, I got an immediate email notification. Once I confirmed and arranged for shipment to the U.S., it took less than a week for my package to arrive safely. I’m VERY happy with this service and I’ll definitely use it again!

The issues do not lay with your organization, however with FedEx Connect 3 day service. Unfortunately their service does reflect on your organization. My goods were picked up on Mon 3/28 arriving in USA Fri 4/1 and were not delivered to the final destination until Mon 4/11. Perhaps you could advise a better shipping method to me.

I'd been meaning to try a parcel-forwarding service for years, but had been put off by some of the horror stories I'd read online. After learning some items i had my eye on couldn't be shipped from the UK to Australia, I knew I would have to bite the bullet and give it a go. And I'm so very glad that I did!
One of the things that impressed me the most with Forward2me was their communication. I was kept informed throughout the whole process, and knew where my items were at every step. I was also pleasantly surprised by how quickly my packages arrived, with delivery safely occurring about three weeks after I'd submitted my orders to the relevant retailers - not bad at all considering we are still in the midst of a global pandemic!
If you do decide to go with this company for your parcel-forwarding needs, please be aware that shipping rates from their warehouse to your country will likely be on the pricier side, and you have to submit invoices for your items (which then have to be approved) before you can go about arranging the shipment of your goods. This latter point was something that took me off guard as it is does not feature in any of the process overviews provided on their website. In this regard, it is definitely an area requiring improvement.
All in all, as I sit here in my gorgeous jumper flicking through a long sought-after magazine, I couldn't be more chuffed with how things turned out. I will definitely be back!

This was no different than ordering something to my house. Everything went smooth and I had zero issues. I let my items sit for a week or so until I had all I wanted and then I shipped everything via FedEx. My items were packaged well and arrived to the US undamaged. I will definitely be using this service in the future. If only they had a warehouse in Sweden...

I see you have shipped your goods from our Guernsey warehouse. It is recommended that you only look to ship higher value goods to this address as shipping options are limited to DHL and can be a little more expensive than shipping from our mainland UK address. It is therefore important that you calculate beforehand that the vat saving on the purchase is higher than the possible increase in shipping costs from this facility compared to shipping from the UK mainland.
I see you also made use of our combine and repack service which helps reduce the chargeable weight of your goods and therefore reduce the shipping costs. The cost of shipping is generally calculated by the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight. This is called the volumetric weight. All couriers use the volumetric weight to calculate their shipping prices.

We do clearly advise customers, regarding dangerous goods shipments/lithium batteries, from our FAQs page (Can forward2me ship perfumes, aftershaves, aerosols and batteries that are classed as dangerous goods?) Customers are advised to inform our customer services department, prior to purchasing perfumes or any potential dangerous goods, to ensure we can offer a shipping service to the stated country of destination from the required warehouse and to also confirm the relevant additional dangerous goods surcharges that would need to be included on top of the base shipping price.
Unfortunately all dangerous good surcharge fees are not established by ourselves but by the accredited couriers who have to abide by the rules and regulations set out by ADR (Dangerous Goods By Road) or IATA (International Air Transport Association). Therefore there is no negotiation on the set dangerous goods surcharge fees for shipments containing products such as perfumes.
I hope the information I have provided to you is useful, we hope this issue does not deter you from using our services again in the future and that you will reconsider your current rating for our service.

The packaging tape ruined the box of the product. Though it did not have outer box, I was upset with the adhesive tape damage the main box of the product

As per our terms of trade Section 9. Delivery and Storage 9.2 9.2 We may need to inspect the Goods, which could include opening packages where necessary. If we do this, we will re-package the Goods so they are packaged to a similar standard to when we received them. Although we will use reasonable endeavours to avoid doing so, you acknowledge that as part of this inspection we may have to break the seals on some Goods. We do not accept any liability for any damage caused as a result (unless it is due to our negligence)."
Unfortunately I cannot see that we received any communication from you via email requesting us to not use adhesive tape to reseal or strengthen your package/box prior to shipping or in relation to the damages to the main box from your shipment that was sent from our Turkey warehouse. Without sufficient evidence or images we cannot clearly determine how or if the damages were caused by the adhesive tape.
I will ask one of my senior Customer Experience agents to reach out to you, request further details relating to the damaged box and hopefully we can come to an amicable evaluation of this matter for you.

I use F2M because it is reliable, fast and arrives.
The disadvantages are the high shipping costs and the lack of choice.

It is not possible to track the arrival in Japan.

Found this via Google so I was nervous, but it worked out great.
