Items receive on time, the only query that needs to be addressed is as follows:

Your shipment invoice should include a full description of the items, and not only the category type. Since this can delay on customs releasing the items.

This document includes all the relevant information relating to the shipment for customs purposes. This includes the item descriptions and commodity code. Whilst we follow customs requirements rigidly shipments are sometimes held up which is beyond our control. The commercial invoice that you see in your forward2me account shows the values of your items and the commodity code that we will use. We tie in the item description with this information for customs documents. The item I wanted wasn't even available online and the seller wouldn't post to an address that was different to the credit card. So I used the forward2me personal shopper service and it was all taken care of. Item posted on a Friday and I received it in Australia on the following Monday.

Service was excellent. Value was as good as I could have hoped for to ship a pair of size 12 shoes to Hong Kong. Only downside is there is no way to avoid the VAT, when forwarding goods through a UK address, but given the distributing company could not ship to Hong Kong at all, I have not complaints.
