Overall I was very pleased with this service. Everything was done very quickly and efficiently. My only complaint would be that it is a little pricey, but I will continue to use forward2me in the future.

Everything went smoothly. From the eBay seller sending the package to my forwarding address until the moment the package was delivered at my home. I really like the comprehensive tracking facilities offered by DHL whom you partnered with. Keep up the good work. Delivery took seven days longer than expected as the parcel was sent via road rather than air freight as expected and paid for. The staff were excellent in dealing with the delay and helped get the parcel delivered as soon as possible.

Excellent and efficient service. The only suggestion I have is for greater choice of courier method (eg DHL economy) and the ability to electronically instruct to hold packages for grouping and forwarding every fortnight for instance.
