They say you get what you pay for. This is a premium service. You get good repacking of your goods, smart consolidation of parcels and very fast forwarding to your home address. The price for all this is, however, very high. perhaps forward2me should investigate some cheaper options for destinations and/or shipments without time pressures. Will definitely use again but only for a sufficiently large order. For one-off everyday items it is not cost-effective.

Forward2Me was excellent. Their employees were timely in sending info on orders that had been delivered, one with a piece missing so I was able to claim back from the seller. They were prompt in sending out our shipment & it arrived within a few days in Borneo in good condition as it was packed well. I look forward to using their services again.

Very prompt customer service !

The only sad thing is that I was not able to choose the shipping method for the package, only DHL was offered, because of the weight of 2 kilo. The shipping price (GBP 28) was therefore rather high in comparison to the contents of the package of only GBP 10. Some other package forwarding companies offer multiple shipping methods to their customers, especially in the USA, something I really miss with Forward2me.

But again, the Service from Foward2me is top notch, nothing to complain about.

Some of these companies in the US have been operating a lot longer than us and so have the time under the belt to have put these options live on their site. For reassurance purposes, we have just recruited another developer on to our team to speed up this process and have these options available to you. Talking about a PROMPT reply, WOW, that is exactly what I meant with top notch customer service from people who care about their clients needs. ;-) Which is all what matters to become and stay successful in this field, honest open quick customer service. For myself spoken F2ME definitely gives the most professional look and feel compared to other International package forwarding companies I worked with, and that for a relative new company, not bad ! A nice idea to F2ME would be to set up a Benefit program, where the customer automatically earns points for every package forwarding service. In order to gain a special status (silver/gold/platinum) and later get % discounts on the shipping costs, or maybe even earn free shipping vouchers. ;-) Good luck !

This is my second time using their service - fast and reliable. The only downside is their partnership with DHL Malaysia. I need to point out to Malaysian buyers that DHL Malaysia is ripping off their customers. I was charged custom duties for items valued lesser than RM 500. I checked with their customer service team and they just gave all sorts of excuses.

Also please be aware that they (DHL) might not deliver directly to your home address. My last parcel was sent to my house via Pos Laju! So please check with DHL Malaysia first before you make your payment to forward2me.

Forward2me has other shipping options available for you so please get in touch with them. I strongly suggest RoyalMail (cons: must not exceed a certain weight). Other than the DHL fiasco everything else is fine. I will continue to support forward2me in the long run.

We're really pleased that you are happy with our services but have experienced difficulties with DHL. We have brought this to the DHL Area Managers attention. We are currently awaiting a response. forward2me not responding to my emails to try fix the mistake they made..

We remember processing this shipment for you and we can confirm that this was due to the customs procedures in your country. As there was an invoice in the parcel the value for customs was as per the purchase invoice i.e the value of the goods. We're sorry if you felt that we didn't look after you in the way we should/always like to think we do but our hands our tied to some extent in relation to customs and legal proceedings. I have ordered a scope body, which was nicely packed untill Forward2me received it. You have opened the box to put a flyer in it. After that you closed the box with one piece of tape, which only covered one (main) seam (I dont know the proper word in english). By closing the box improperly there was a chance that water/rain could enter the box along the edges of the box. These edges were sealed/closed with tape when you received my shipment. I don't want that the scope makes contact with water or any fluids!!!

I don't appreciate that you have opened the box. If you want to add a flyer, you should put it in an envelop and stick it on the box.
