a bit expensive but very efficient when the seller will not ship to the US.would use again but plan accordingly.item arrived as packaged by the seller.

On the website where I made my purchase and needed to fill in the shipping address, there was a field for "Region/State". This information was not listed on my UK address that forward2me provided. I googled and found what I thought was the right answer. And then later I was able to determine on forward2me's Account Settings page I saw the County listed there which corresponded to my choice for Region/State. Luckily I got it right. Not sure the best way to solve that since it's not technically part of the address but I'm sure forward2me can figure out how to handle this issue. Other than that, there was prompt, courteous service and I will use them again!

I bought a small appliance over the Amazon Marketplace. The vendor would not deliver to Belgium, so I used Forward2Me. The service was easy to set up and use and I'd recommend it. the only thing I was not fully satisfied with was that the options proposed for forwarding didn't automatically include the cheapest option (untracked post). As the appliance cost only around 10 pounds, I was not ready to pay around 22 pounds for tracked forwarding. They offered me the cheapest version (around 9 pounds) only after I asked for it and after a lengthy conversation. The parcel arrived without further ado a few days later.

I did not know what to expect as it was my first time to use this service as the company I purchased clothing from would not deliver to Australia from the UK. Googled reviews of various companies that would ship to Australia from the UK and found better reviews on forward2me. Their service was efficient and ofcourse trustworthy and reliable. I received my parcel faster than regular mail within Australia. I highly recommend forward2me to anyone who encounters a similar problem.

Helpful and good reply to messages. Fast service. Couldn't see shipping options in mobile browser. Package didn't appear after I updated my address details for first use automatically. Had to email for package to appear on site.

This was the first time for me using Forward2Me and at first I was doubtful but the whole process was fast and easy. The best part is when they receive my package from the store I purchase it from forward2me does not waste time I receive an email to pay shipping invoice and on the same day they shipped my package out to me. Fast service albeit expensive - to have a pair of dungarees mailed, weighing less than 1lb., cost roughly $30 USD. I don't think I'm going to make shopping with forward2me a regular habit.

i payed for the stuff the i ordered 280£ But you put on the order 490£ and that coused me to pay lots of taxes

Everything worked fine except for the limiting options for forwarding. Some stuff would be so much cheaper to send with other options than couriers. Now one limits using this service only for urgent things.

Mistakes on what was forwarded, still waiting for delivery.

Thank you for leaving feedback with us. We have investigated this and it seems we had two issues:<br/>1) There was confusion about what had arrived at our warehouse and what was already in transit to you.<br/>2) DHL have an issue with PO Boxes.<br/><br/>The first issue is in no small part the result of manual email interaction where we were less than clear about what had arrived and what had shipped – this is our issue. We will be addressing this in the very near future with a software update. This update will show you a list of everything that you have received at our warehouse and then you will be able to decide when and what you wish to ship. There should be no need for any manual email interaction unless you need clarification or assistance.<br/><br/>The second issue really relates to DHL- they don't deliver to PO Boxes except in special circumstances. To help with this situation we are also releasing an update to our list of supported couriers. At the time you select the packages you wish to ship you will also be able to select from a list of couriers - DPD, TNT, UPS and DHL. This means if you know DHL have issues you can select another courier. To help you make this decision we will also be showing feedback for the courier service split out by country. If DHL or another courier do a consistently bad job of deliveries to Greece you will be able to easily see this in their feedback score and select another courier without having to experience the pain of something going wrong first.<br/><br/>We're investigating with DHL where your last package is and will put this right as soon as possible. Why would DHL have a problem with P.O. BOX , I gave two addresses and the one in Ithaca they know who we are. They are just a old man and a old lady with and have no way to really deliver across the island. They call and we go to town to get it. There is no home delivery with DHL out side of city limits. It took over a month for delivery and is very exspensive for the service. The shipping to forwardme and from forwardme to greece ended up costing twice the value of the items. Really not a good deal. I have done cheaper with U.S. delivery from California in half the time and half the money. And you don't have vat tax from them. Can't complete, do run the race.
