Excellent customer service.quick response to mails and queries. However shipping cost is too expensive. should be able to give customers choice of shipping options for parcels exceeding value of 20 pounds. I bought a pair of shoes for around 25 pounds and they asked for a shipping of 46 pounds which is very unreasonable.it is very discouraging to buy from the UK with Forward2me unfortunately. Should provide tracked and untracked budget for all parcels.Those who can afford can pay for tracked if they wish but at least we have a choice.

As soon as my packages arrive it will be booked in and very short after I receive my notification by email. Most of the time trans-shipment will be the same day. One thing I would recommend for the future is to list the sender or tracking code so I might give some packages priority above other packages when needed. Otherwise I am very content of their swift and reliable service.

I am very satisfied with the service provided by "forward2me". I used their personal shopping service to purchase merchandise in the UK and forward to Canada. I received the package in less than one week of placing my order. I would highly recommend "forward2me" to anyone requiring this type of service.

Very happy with the service provided by forward2me. I use it to buy items in the UK that I cannot get in Australia. Very efficient, keeps you up-to-date via email. I've used the combine and repack packages service which is fantastic for saving on shipping costs. Also gives you a variety of shipping options. Would definitely recommend forward2me. I only require the service a couple of times a year but I will always use them!

I googled package forwarding and found these guys and it was as easy as could be. They give you an address immediately upon creating an account, and turnaround time from when they received my package to when they sent it out was less than a day I think. Good stuff.

I was in need for a service that could forward packages from the uk to my country and I found forward2me. It was better than I expected. The packages could be merged into one, it is possible to store them for 30 days for free and the shipping was incredibly fast however a bit expensive but if you have a lot of packages pays off.

I've been using a forwarding services in the US, and it is kind of scary to subscribe another service for items in UK. After my first shipment, I can say Forward2Me was amazing. They respond to my e-mail fast, and the pricing part is not that confusing. Overall I'm very happy with them.

Servicio efectivo y simple de usar. Agradezco que se pueda usar paypal para pagar. El envío hasta Barcelona tardó 3 días por servicio de mensajería, mucho más rápido y eficaz que el correo nacional. Pedí juntar 2 paquetes en uno, lo que tardó pocas horas en hacerse, y me llegó todo bien empaquetado. El precio me parece alto comparado con otro servicio que uso para reenvios desde EEUU, pero creo que está a la par con los precios de envíos de tiendas online de Reino Unido al resto de Europa, por lo que supongo que el servicio tienen un precio normal dentro de lo que cabe. Y por el plus de efectividad creo que no es nada caro.

Very fast response to inquiries, usually within a day. Fast calculation of shipping lets you know within seconds how much shipping will cost. Rapid shipping too. Couldn't ask for better service. Highly recommended!
