I was unable to order toy to Ireland for my Son for Christmas!
Reigistered paid for toy and got it shipped to address provided. Recieved email it had arrived. I paid shipping costs and recieved goods. Cant thank enough as my Son is going to be so Happy on Christmas. So easy and simple process

Very good service overall. When I was asked to input some costs on the website, the facility did not work and I had to email the information. That was OK but when the parcel arrived the information that I had been asked for was very clear on the original invoice. Other than the frustration of not being able to navigate the website easily, and the time lost in trying to do so, I think the service is very good and I would use it again.

I did not have any contact with DPD and the boots were showing as not delivered. However they had not tried to deliver or left a card and I tried to contact them but had no response. Boots eventually delivered a few days later, but lack of contact was disappointing and worrying

I was initially hesitant to use an international mail forwarding service, unsure if it would be reliable -- would it successfully arrive to 'my address' at a warehouse? would it actually be forwarded to me? having read reviews, and admittedly still a bit hesitant I decided to give it a try, knowing I could always file a claim if something went wrong.
The forward2me service was extremely straightforward, and very communicative. Setting up an address took mere minutes. The first attempt of attempted delivery to forward2me from Amazon was unsuccessful because it was on a Sunday. I contacted forward2me and they replied very quickly assuring me that a second attempt would be made the next day. The customer service representative kept me up to date throughout the entire process -- even without my inquiring -- and I also received automated update emails throughout the whole process from arrival of my order to their warehouse, through dispatch, and its arrival to me in Germany, within the period of time promised.
All this to say, I highly recommend forward2me -- they're highly professional, quick and reliable. I would not hesitate to use this service again in the future.
