The most important thing in any relationship is communication. This includes customer/vendor relationships. One thing I can say about forward2me's service is they did finally end up communicating and getting through my difficult addressing issue. It was a little shaky in the beginning, but in the end, they got my address corrected and my package to me. I would use them again, hoping that they learn and build from our experience.

Upon emailing forward2me a few questions about their shipping process, I received a helpful and quick reply 1 hour later which gave me great confidence in dealing with this company.
Upon forward2me shipping my order by DHL it arrived 3 days later with full tracking all the way to Australia.
In the past I have had my parcels posted directly to me from the seller in the UK and it has taken close to 4 weeks for the parcel to arrive via the UK Royal Mail service.
I will definately use forward2me for all future deliveries.

Everything went so well and even Customs in SA only held the delivery for a day, but DHL let you all down. DHL Express should sort them out.

I ordered a railcard to be shipped to Canada. The forward2me website gives several examples of prices for shipping. A book, mobile phone or a dvd for 13.45 GPB. I thought that a railcard about the size and weight of a credit card would cost no more than this.
Unfortunately after I had committed to using the forward2me service when I purchased the railcard, the price for shipping was higher. I ended up paying DHL 26.55GBP for 2 day service. There was no option to pay 13.45GBP from any carrier.
DHL did not deliver in two days either, it was 4 business days later that I received the railcard. There were also additional charges to be paid before delivery in the form of duties taxes and fees. Duties and taxes are obvious but DHL also charged a processing fee and a transaction fee. Additional costs of 22.56CAD.
Unfortunately after I had committed to using the forward2me service when I purchased the railcard, the price for shipping was higher. I ended up paying DHL 26.55GBP for 2 day service. There was no option to pay 13.45GBP from any carrier.

I'm sorry that this isn't clear on our website and will pass this comment to our Operations Manager so we can evaluate how this information is shown on our site. However I see from your shipment that the value of your tickets was over this amount and this would be the reason why this option was not available to you.

I also check the delivery time to your address and although DHL estimate that the transit time to your country is 2 business days however I see that your address is outside of their normal delivery area and they have used a third party courier to deliver your parcel causing the additional transit time.

With regards to the customs charges paid, I'm afraid shipping rates do not include any duty charges or taxes. These are levied by the destination country according to local laws and paying such charges is your responsibility.

Absolutely 5 stars service, I thought I couldn't get my parcel before Easter weekend but to my surprise , the parcel arrived to Australia from U.K after 3 days . I would definitely use their forwarding service again--including their Personal Shopper service. Everything arrived quickly and in top condition. My only criticism is that concerns were raised about shipping Lithium batteries. My research seemed to allay these concerns, but I was hoping for confirmation from forward2me. All went forward without a hitch, but I would have preferred an email with that confirmation.

It's a very trustworthy site to order through when you're not a resident in the UK. The transaction was very easy and straight forward without any complications. It came in very fast and the shipping status was always up to date. Would definitely order through them again and I have already recommended it to many of my friends!

Excellent customer service! Email correspondence was fast, friendly and very, very helpful. Answered all the questions (and worries) I had. All this even before I started sending items there! Package arrived in perfect condition. I used a similar service in Japan but Forward2Me is far superior in all aspects. Will definitely use again.
