Found an amazing UK store (http://www.leialingerie.com/) that will not ship to the US. quick google search came up with Forward2me, i was hesitant but really wanted to order so gave it a try. the experience was great, i got my items within a week from ordering. will absolutely use again!!!

Goods arrived within 4 business days and was not overly expensive. Before ordering I was apprehensive as I was getting an expensive pair of shoes delivered; I needn't have worried though as Forward2Me took care of it and allayed any concerns I had with their prompt customer service. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I was happy to receive my package yesterday only to be disappointed when I opened it. The travel mug i ordered was shattered. From what i saw there wasn't enough packing to protect it.

We do feel that we offer a value for money service and the price of shipping includes the use of your forward2me address, the acceptance, processing and any paperwork required for shipping your parcel.

The cost of shipping is generally calculated by the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight. This is called the volumetric weight. All couriers (examples: DHL and TNT) use the volumetric weight to calculate their shipping prices. However, if the actual weight is more than this volumetric weight then the shipping price is calculated using this actual weight. <br/>

I'm thinking that although your package was only 1.1 kg in actual weight due to the package being quite large the shipping costs have been calculated on the size (volume) which worked out to be 3.51 kg.

We do continually work with our couriers so we can offer value for money shipping and the service we provide is a premium door to door service.

I hope this helps explain how shipping costs are calculated and we hope that you will re-consider using our services again in the future.

This was the 4th time that I used Forward2me to have some items forwarded to my address in Holland. I purchased from multiple UK retailers and one of the items arrived slightly damaged. I instability received an email with picture evidence so I could directly start to negotiate with the retailer.
All items where delivered within 24 hrs at my address in Holland using DHL express.
Forward2me isn't the cheapest forwarding services but in my opinion worth the extra money.

Without the service, I simply would not have had the option to buy this product in the US. It's not offered, except for one version, wrong for my application, but cost twice as much as buying the product in the UK and having it shipped through Forward2me, to me. I've also used it to find eBay products not offered in the US, with great success, and also outside of eBay, services that made my seller happy and then me happy. Also, everything is shipped very professionally. It truly is a 5 star service.
