Hi, Many thanks for taking the time to review our services however I'm disappointed to hear that you were disappointed with the service you were offered.<br />I see that we have received a number of emails from you which have been replied to with 24 hours other than one mail which was received on a Friday and replied to on Monday. I do however see that it took a little time to prepare your goods for shipping due to the package containing dangerous goods.<br />I do apologize for this delay, however due to the demand for repacking goods at this time of year and that the goods required a little more preparation due to the contents shipping your items did take a little longer than it normally would.<br />I hope you understand the demand on our services due to the time of year and that you will consider using our services again in the future.<br />Kind Regards,Tracy.

I appreciated forward2me's sensitive and positive treatment of an order that, comparatively speaking, could have been seen as "small and irritating", that is, getting a niche perfume - technically a dangerous product as it is alcohol-based - from a specialist perfumer in Sidmouth via forward2me in Preston to Riga in Latvia. They could have fobbed me off with an excuse (e.g., it's illegal, dangerous, too small) but they didn't. Their helpful, constructive approach, e.g. by repacking the perfume so that it was big enough reflects well on the firm and its personnel, especially (if I may say so) Liga from Latvia. The result? After a magical mystery tour through Europe, with the help of DHL, the package arrived in time for Christmas, much to the delight of my lady.

The outside box was wet through. The box containing the bear was wet and ruined as the cardboard separated in different layers. The bear's head was wet and the shoes were also wet.

The service worked great and the prices are really good. Free storage for a month and multi-package forwarding. The packages arrived quickly and nicely wrapped. I ordered 2 collections of books from Ebay UK and could easily send it to their warehouse from where it was sent to me in France.

Exellent! Fast and safe. Combining was efficient, and if they say, it’s not worth combining, you better believe. I don’t complain about the shippung fee either: I got my parcels to Finland with 26 euros each, and the postman brought them to the door. I have to admit, I was worried about the safety first, but I’m very happy, that I found this service and now have a wonderful new interior in my dinig room, which I got with great English black friday prices. Thank you very much for being there!

The service is great. It always works and I would use them again. The only downside is that it is quite expensive. I would also like the chance to send my items by the cheapest way possible (Royal Mail) but this is not always offered.
