The item was shipped immediately however it was held at customs for a very long time because they did not produce a specific itemized list for the package. If I had not sent an email to the team, they would not have bothered to follow up with my shipment. Eventually, I had to take matters into my own hands and contact the shipping service myself as this was faster. In addition, three of my items were taken out of the box and they're still trying to find out why. Not reliable, will not use again.

Hi,<br />Many thanks for taking the time to review our services however I'm sorry that you feel our Customer Service team have not supported you sufficiently with the clearance of your shipment.<br />I see our team were in contact with you throughout the transit of the shipment however there was an issue with importing some of the goods included in this package which caused an overall delay and removal of some items from your shipment by customs. It appears that the items which have been removed are not permitted for entry into your country and this is the reason for their removal.<br />Unfortunately in these type of instances where customs are involved we are unable to deal with them directly and rely on the support of the courier team within the UK. I see our team were in constant contact with you and the courier however sometimes it is easier and quicker for the receiver of the goods to be in contact with customs directly as there is no time difference and they will speak with the receiver directly.<br />I'm sorry that your first experience shipping with us had some issues and hope that you will re-consider using our services again in the future. I received my radio broken because of a poor packing with is really upset me. They told me 2 weeks ago that I will get a refund , until now I didn't .

I was surprised how easy it was to use forward2me. All of the representatives were extremely helpful and genuinely cared about ensuring that my parcel was delivered to me in Miami Fl. The sender was giving me a hard time by not issuing me a tracking number after I made the eBay purchase. I emailed your company right away and I received a response immediately. In the end, my package was located by forward2me and arrived in a timely manner to my residence with no damage. I highly recommend forward2me and will use them again!

I have tried a number of postal forwarding services. This company is by far the best. I cannot fault them. I am notified instantly of a shipment. I can store for free for 30 days and they re-package to achieve the best volumetric weight, saving me money with shipping. Their prices are transparent and the cheapest I have found. I am perfectly satisfied and I would highly recommend.

I have used Forward2Me a number of times since living in Singapore and Vietnam the past few years and the service and speed has always been outstanding, often arriving before the scheduled arrival date.
Also, I appreciate the fact that every time I have had a query, the response time is great. Some could find that sending your bought items to an unknown address in the UK and putting them in the hands of others to send is a bit daunting, but Forward2Me’s communication reassures you that there are real humans at the other end with a genuine interest in delivering you the service.
If I could offer any constructive criticism it would be that it would be great to have some budget options, as sometimes the items are large and pricey to send but don’t necessarily need to get here within a matter of days. But as far as the costs have been concerned for the size of my items (baby bed and equipment) I was very pleased with the value for money.

Based on my initial experience, I would recommend forward2me. One feature improvement would be the visibility of photos after the shipment, including the photo of the outgoing parcel.

very very high prices with no cooperative customer services

Hi,<br />Many thanks for taking the time to provide us with your feedback however I'm sorry that you feel the cost of shipping your goods is very high.<br />When shipping by air shipping fees are calculated by the amount of space the package takes us whilst in transit, due to your parcels being quite large in size, although the parcels may not be very heavy the overall size overtakes the actual weight when calculating the shipping price.<br />The shipping price paid to forward2me includes the use of the address, the acceptance, processing and dispatch of your goods including any export paperwork required for shipping.<br />I hope this information helps to verify how shipping is calculated, if you have any further questions relating to how shipping fees are calculated please don't hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Services team at info@forward2me.com.<br />Kind Regards,Tracy.
