I tried many forward companies, untill i found them, they are excellent in treatment,handling your package and give you a good choices to ship your shipment but i have a long issue with them when my package is coffee beans! They Always consider it as food stuff, so i must email them to remove the tag to be able to send it me every time! Thats why i gave them 4 stars otherwise they deserve 5.

When estimating pricing,I saw two cheaper options with Forward2Me Lite. When I actually wanted my package sent, the two options weren't available and I could not find any explanation. So I had to pay more than the estimate showed me (but not much thanks to SendIt Mondays). Apart from that everything's fine.

I've been trying to ship a small garden statue that I have only been able to locate in the UK for months. Unfortunately, I was told by every shop that they are unable to ship to the US. Forward2Me provided the only opportunity to get my statue shipped to me. I provided the address given to me by Forward2Me to the garden shop and had my statue shipped directly there, and the very next day Forward2Me shipped my statue directly to me in the US. They repackaged it so it would make the trip and it arrived safely, before the expected date. So thankful to the staff for the awesome service they provide!

I can see that one of your packages was containing alcohol and required a repack prior to shipping. The concept of the combine and repack service would usually refer to removing or reducing as much unnecessary excess space or voids in order to consolidate as many times together as one piece to reduce as much volumetric weight as possible but this would be dependant on the type of items being repacked. Our Japan warehouse may have felt it unsafe to consolidate the CD item with the alcohol in case of potential damages incurring during transit.
The repack service for your alcohol package would have been advised to you to ensure the fragile glass bottle was securely packed, to ensure that little movement could occur inside the package and to avoid risk of the glass item becoming damaged during transit.
Although shipping the alcohol and CD in the same single package may have been more economic and potentially saved you costs on the shipping from our Japan warehouse, the repack team did not feel this was the safest option for your goods. It is not guaranteed that a combine and repack service will provide sufficient cost savings on the shipping prices with the available courier services as this would be dependant on the types of items that are being repacked inside a package.
We must make you aware that we will always assess and repack fragile items, such as ceramics and glass items, for safety over volume for onwards shipping and we could not make any guarantees that a combine and repack service will always assist with reducing the overall chargeable weight for the shipping price.

This was my first time dealing with shipping internationally and it couldn't have been any smoother. Love the 30 day window where you can stockpile and consolidate multiple packages which ends up being a cheaper alternative then if I were to ship them individually. When it was finally time to pull the trigger and have my stuff shipped to the US, my package arrived in a timely manner.
