The handling of my package was fast but the shipping cost was higher than what was promised on the website when I first signed up. My package was very small and light, and I'm not sure why the minimum shipping price got increased for me. Also, they contradict their own FAQ by saying that they allow packages from outside the EU. The FAQ says the opposite. That's confusing.

I've used forwar2me a number of times over the years and every single time the service I received was excellent. In one occasion I called the customer service, not because of any problem but because I wanted to check about something and the reply was prompt and helpful. Everything worked fine. Shortly after they recieved my goods, they sent me an update by mail that the goods arrived, were checked an that I can choose a forwarder and the service (i.e. Express).
OK, you have to pay for this service, but the costs are reasonable for handling my purchase in the UK.
If you have a seller who doesn`t ship to your country, it is an easy and comfortable way to get what you want.

Hi Lei,Many thanks for taking the time to review our services however I'm really sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the price of shipping and the amount paid in import duties.The price of shipping is based on the amount of space a shipment takes up in transit, this is called the volumetric weight. The price of shipping would only be calculated on the actual weight of the goods if the actual weight is higher than the volumetric weight.I see that you are shipping footwear, these type of items are quite bulky therefore it is common that the volumetric weight is higher than the actual weight and therefore the cost of shipping is charged on the volumetric weight.With regards to the cost of import duty, unfortunately we have no control of the charges incurred for importing goods to another country, these fees are levied by local customs and charged according to local laws.I hope this helps explain the costs a little further for you however if you have any further questions please don't hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Service team at info@forward2me.com and they will be happy to answer any of your questions.Kind Regards,Tracy.

Excellent. They forwarded my package to me within several hours after they received it.
However they charged me 1-2 pounds extra than the estimation price made on their site, so it is room for improvement on the price estimation section.
Overall, I'll definitily recomment it.
