The service was good. The only problem I experienced was attaching a copy of my orders. I have used another forwarding service in the past and this wasn’t required.

I used them for 2.5 years now sending more than 50 parcels paying more than 3,000. I didn't want to leave a bad review till now but instead of things getting better with time they just go worst! With Brexit just days ahead, i took the decision to finally sever the ties with them. Once and for all. With some sadness i have to say since i was hopping this would someday get better.
In the beginning i thought it was just incompetence, i had months of correspondence and payed a hefty amount for many hours of international calls in an effort to make them get better in their packing techniques or in how their site was working. Until i finally understood this was all part of their business practices.
Unfortunately (as i understood after some time dealing with them) their main focus is not to forward your parcels but how to extract as much money from you as possible even with tricks and false pretends.
One example is their pricing, their prices stated don’t include the 20% UK VAT which is added only right before you pay so that prices looks better till then. Not one other forwarder do this no matter if in Europe or elsewhere.
They charged me £20.64 !! for handling a 100ml plastic bottle of perfume because they say is "Dangerous Goods" and is required by couriers although they send the parcels by ground (trucks) in Europe and the only thing they did was to wrap with a 20cm x 20cm bubble, with no adhesive and they place it in one of the corners of the box, it’s obvious this was only a way to extract money, without any attempt to safe pack, they even removed the good packing of the eBay seller to wrap with a napkin size bubble to claim an additional £20.64!!! Photos attached.
Additionally there is no way to order the handling of dangerous goods (even if you accept the extra charge). This include batteries, flammable etc, although most (if not all) of the times they don't travel by Air in Europe. You need to contact support and then they will have the chance to choose the most expensive way to ship your items. Normally they will choose consolidation which would charge you with an additional £2 for each item +VAT which for 15 items will come up to £36 just to consolidate them and then charge with shipping cost too, when shipping 15 small items unconsolidated is half the price !!!
Their packing is not good nor safe. In case the item needs a demanding packing or is expensive the only choice is to avoid sending it to them. You never know if they will keep the original packing or not, in the end, many times you just don't know what came with what if you combine many parcels.
They sent me a £600 worth laser printer packed upside down! Obviously, they closed the parcel and then while wrapping it they forgot (or just didn't care) which way was up and which down. It came all the way like this. Their idea to safe pack was to enclose the printer in a carton box with no insulation. Of course nothing survived, and never gave any money back since "they did their best".
Those are the reasons you wont be covered by eBay money back guaranty in case you didn't receive all of the items or they came damaged.
They don't reimburse for any damage due to their bad packing, no matter if it was lacking any packing.
They don't have a system to include discount vouchers.
You need to order your shipment and when final, then contact them with an email to edit the invoice !!
Although there is an option to include a code for discount !!
For instance one of my parcels was lost and DHL refunded part of it's value. I never got a copy of the DHL offer though. F2Me just asked me to negotiate a price stating it should be low because DHL wouldn't have to pay anyways (although definitely lost).
The back and forth lasted almost 3 months and then for this credit i couldn't get just a discount code, i had to still contact support to find the way to actually get that credit. An other 2 months passed for this!
I really think this is done based on their main strategy which is get as much money they can from you, using all the tricks of the trade, even put hurdles and obstacles in front of you with the hopes you forget or just give up.
Many many other examples i could give, more than 1000-1500 of damaged goods, they never acknowledged any of that.
Enough is enough though, i finally get to write this review and let people know.

This is my third transaction with forward2me in the last couple of years, and every one of them has been excellent. I have used them to purchase items that are not available to those living in the United States, so they have saved me money and hassle. I don't have a need for this service very often, but whenever I'm looking at getting something that you normally can't get here, I don't worry about that being a problem with these guys around. I used the personal shopper service for a relatively simple order for a clothing website. It took about one week to get it ordered because the personal shopper’s browser had issues and supposedly couldn’t apply the discount code (which I was skeptical about).
After the order was placed, they then sent me someone else’s package by accident. I had to pay for the shipping back (they “paid me back” later) and they wouldn’t send me my package until they received the package that I sent back (someone else’s).
By the time I got my package it was about a month since I placed the order. The package (outside) was in very bad condition. Customer service was fine but it usually took them a day to respond (usually only in the early morning EST time) so it extended the entire process by a lot.
I asked for a partial refund on the fees or shipping for all the inconvenience, and haven’t heard back.
After the order was placed, they then sent me someone else’s package by accident. I had to pay for the shipping back (they “paid me back” later) and they wouldn’t send me my package until they received the package that I sent back (someone else’s).

I was impressed on the company’s follow-up to my feedback. The company was very responsive in looking into the issue, explaining what happened and then resolving it. They kindly refunded the fees paid due to all the inconvenience — which I really appreciated. Although I had a difficult time the first go around, I would try them again.

The $700 motherboard I ordered from the UK arrived in a barely taped up box with a few air bags, considering I paid over $150 in shipping thats ridiculous, dont use them.

Overall packaging and service is very good, but boxes sometimes are too fragile and I get a lot of broken items on my country.Thin cardboard boxes do not protect items inside and that is not very pleasant. Sometimes tapes are not enough and boxes arrive a bit "open" also.
Anyway, service works just fine, website look is good and easy to use. I'm satisfied enough for a 4 stars out of 5.

Their shipping cost is still pretty high. It still didn't prompt me to repack my items before delivery for a possible savings in shipment cost.

Performed as expected, delivery on time, good response on customer support. My shipment consisted of two packages, these were sent as two deliveries rather than one, doubling the freight costs. Would be an improvement to get this sorted.

Hi,Many thanks for your feedback, I'm pleased to hear that your shipment went as expected and you were happy with the Customer Service support.I'm sorry if there has been some misunderstanding on the shipping of your parcels, we do rely on the customer initiating their own shipments so they can choose their preferred courier service.I see that you received two parcels on the same day however only one parcel was chosen for shipping, the second parcel shipping was initiated a number of days later. It may have been that you thought that all your goods had arrived in one package so it is really important to check the contents of the package received before going ahead with shipping.We have two options for shipping multiple packages in a shipment, the first is a multi-piece shipment. Our customer can choose up to 15 parcels for shipping within one shipment and under one main tracking number. A second option is to choose our combine and repack service. With this service the customer selects all the packages that they would like to ship and submits a request to repack them. I have used the service in the past and have been very satisfied with it, but recently they came through in a big way, and when I messed up the shipping details on a product that got it held up in customs, they helped me through the process and got me my package safe. Kudos.
