The speed at which you forward the package is exceptional. It always arrives in quick time to Australia. Also I like being able to choose the courier. DHL being the best because they're the only ones who still deliver articles at weekends and public holidays and therefore speeding up arrival time. BUT the process of supplying information such as a photo of invoice etc is horrible and difficult to navigate. It can't be an Australian Govt requirement as this is not necessary via similar distributers from the U.S.A. They just ask you to include the cost of the article. So much simpler. I just wish you could make it simpler and more user friendly. I have a friend who fills in the information for me and he's very computer literate but still finds your procedure very complicated.

The shipment was very expensive for sending 100ml fragrances by DHL they take 100% of the cost of the perfume. So it was not fare price. The service itself was prompt and fast and easy.

I have to admit I was a little skeptical at first. I wanted to order an item from the UK, but the company would not ship to the US. I found forward2me online and decided to give it a try. Altough i am not happy with warehouse team price sometime raises after consolidation hence the aim is to save but we end up paying more when asked for this service.
foward2me is on time now to have chat support sometime we want quick support but we forced to send an mail that takes hours or day to reply.

Hi,Many thanks for taking the time to review our services however I'm sorry that the cost of shipping was more than you expected.I have taken a look at your shipment and unfortunately it appears your address is in a remote area for DHL and therefore the cost of shipping incurred a remote area surcharge of £17.50 in addition to normal shipping fees increasing the cost of shipping to your area.Shipping smaller parcels sometimes can seem expensive however we do work with our couriers on a regular basis to ensure our customers are receiving the best value possible. Many of our customers look to buy a number of items and have them delivered to their forward2me address, they then combine them together to make shipping more cost effective. very good informed page but the forward postage options are so expensive my "cheapest" option was priced at 60 euros and all i wanted forwarded was airpods pro which has quite a small package

Hi,I'm sorry to hear that you no longer wish to use our services.I believe you are unhappy that invoices have to be uploaded for proof of value before shipping due to you being based in Australia. I did not receive notification my parcel was at Preston until about a month when I received advice I would now be charged for storage.
On the freight options they were only air freight which was expensive and I did not require. How can you access the cheaper shipping freight?

Normally I choose DHL but this time I decided to go with cheaper option to receive from Fwd2Me to my home. That always gets 5 stars. Unfortunately this time around I chose a cheaper option (can’t even remember the choice I made), and even though it said it was tracked and 3-5 day delivery; it took waaay longer and was not trackable. That’s the reason I give 3 stars

Very useful service. I can buy items in the UK and have them delivered to a UK address. The service gives prompt messages as to the status of the packages
as they arrive at the consolidation point. The couriers available for onward shipment
