Feefo is an independent feedback service with verified and audited reviews.
These reviews are much more meaningful than reviews found on sites such as google or trip advisor because of two key points:
Only customers who have actually used the forward2me service are able to leave feedback so readers know that the feedback is genuine and not something forward2me has made up, or indeed a forward2me competitor has made up.
forward2me has no control over the feedback unless it is abusive or defamatory – in which case feefo themselves remove it. Every feedback is shown unedited and in full - all forward2me can do with negative feedback is respond to the customer's specific concerns.
I was extremely happy with foward2me. It's my first time using an on-shipping company and was left very pleased with how easy the process was and how quickly was shipped on to me. Thanks!

The service they provided me with, particularly with my slightly unusual situation was simply excellent. However, I was left very surprised by the shipping costs due to the 'volumetric' calculation used. I think forward2me could do a better job of explaining this concept in their FAQ as I certainly wasn't ordering a pillow so didn't expect it to be relevant to me.

The service from Forward2me was excellent - what was not so good was the service from DHL who took 5 days to deliver the package in Dublin.

The best forwarding service I have ever used!! The service is very easy to use and sign up is more than simple!! The staff is very friendly, support is fast, responsive and very helpfull. Shipping is super fast and from my history of orders, the service is very secure and trustworthy!!! It manages to bring closer to everyone the excelent quality products that the UK has to offer, and all of these for a minimal sign up fee - the cheapest I have ever seen. Would recommend it to everyone.

Surprisingly quick but a little expensive

Thanks for taking the time to feed back to us. We use DHL Express for delivery which can be more expensive in some circumstances - e.g. very small or low value items. The reasons we use this DHL are the level of service, tracking and insurance. Using the postal network provides none of these. Great service. I made multiple orders including delivery through amazon by amazon's different suppliers. I must have had about 10 separate suppliers delivering and forward2me consolidated it all - it was packed really well. I really liked being able to track where it was on its journey as well. That gave me a lot of confidence. Thanks!

Service was good and very quick, the Phone was a present so changing the email address, to prevent the person finding out was not a problem.
Courier did call me to ask for an invoice that was not included with the package, I called and spoke to Jamie who sent one over within 5-10 mins.

The service was fast and the delivery prompt. I thought it was a bit expensive for 1kg of goods so will be investigating other companies and options. A goods consolidation service would be a positive step to get value out of the shipping cost. As would the option to discard unnecessary packaging. My items arrived with all the plastic coathangers which would have added weight and bulk.

Only disappointment I had was there is no other choice than airfreight on processing screen. Found out later that I could have negotiated to use Royal Mail postage which would have saved me a heap of money.
