Feefo is an independent feedback service with verified and audited reviews.

These reviews are much more meaningful than reviews found on sites such as google or trip advisor because of two key points:

Only customers who have actually used the forward2me service are able to leave feedback so readers know that the feedback is genuine and not something forward2me has made up, or indeed a forward2me competitor has made up.

forward2me has no control over the feedback unless it is abusive or defamatory – in which case feefo themselves remove it. Every feedback is shown unedited and in full - all forward2me can do with negative feedback is respond to the customer's specific concerns.

The process worked much better than I thought it would. Once "Forward2me" had my items, it was only a matter of days before they were flown across the pond and showed up at my door! The DHL delivery was very efficient and fast. One of my 2 items was separated in the delivery process, but DHL promptly delivered it the next day. I am looking forward to using this process again.I think it helped "Forward2me" that I gave them a list (containing the contents, size, and weight) of the items to be delivered to me. I would recommend you do the same also.

Service is superb and super super fast! The only thing that would be great is to be able to have parcels 'wait' so that you could combine different shipments together and ship when you want to. Otherwise a fab service! Thanks!

I have been impressed with Forward2me's service my products are despatched promptly & well packaged. I recently had a query regarding a charge & Michelle addressed & rectified the issue very quickly. Would recommend them highly. The only extra thing I would like to see would be the ability to combine multiple purchases into one shipment.

I think your service is very good but was quite put out by your charneed my parcel to be sent by DHL normal post would have been good enough.

Used the service once, communication was fast and a pleasure. I would use it a lot more if package consolidation was offered, but most importantly, if prices were lower. I also use US based forwarders and the prices are much more reasonable. With forward2me you're looking at 20 sterling even for very small items. Also, proxy shopping, by using a UK credit card, would be really useful.
The service was a pleasure to use, but is way too expensive. Different shipping options including different couriers should be offered. I paid over 50 sterling for a small camcorder, negating any savings. Also, package storage and consolidation are a must for any forwarding services. The webpage is clear and straightforward, and I'm sure forward2me are committed to improving their service. I will defintely keep an eye on them, and use them again once these suggestions are implemented

This should be available within the next couple of months. In the interim where a customer needs consolidation we will handle it manually for you - just send an email to that effect - we already have some customers consolidating hundreds of items each.<br/><br/>We're also working on a personal shopper service (proxy shopping). For customers within the EU (such as yourself) we will be able to buy items ex VAT (20%) if you can provide us with an EU VAT number.

I rated bad because the costs are very expensive and i understand that you use express courier service. infact the service is excellent because items were with me next day i made you the payment. But the fastness of the delivery is not important to me, sometimes it can take 15/20days. So i suggest that you give us customers option costs of delivery like 2 day service or 15 day service. Thanks you for the feedback. We are working to provide different levels of service in future. At the moment we use DHL Express unless we are specifically asked to do otherwise. The reason for this is if we post something via the Post Office there is no tracking, no guaranteed service level and no insurance. In the past when we have done this we have experienced problems and those problems reflect badly on forward2me. The hope is to provide a kind of "fire and forget" service in future which just sends the package via the cheapest method possible but leaves no scope for claims against forward2me - hopefully this will provide something for those customers that don't care when an item is slow or are happy with the possibility of it going missing owing to it being low value.

There were problems with the address being accepted. The service was expensive but it was very good and my item arrived fast and in great condition. My only other complaint is not being able to contact the company by phone although the email responses from real people at the company were fast and very helpful. Their excellent email responses were the main reason I was persuaded to use it. Please could they sort out the address problems. I have already recommended forward2me to friends.

We are working to introduce a new service to cover items up to 2kg - which would definitely cover a bikini. We hope to have this in place for the summer.<br/><br/>In the mean time one way to try and deal with this is to consolidate - e.g. receive 4 or 5 items at forward2me and then have us put them into a single shipment for you. This proves very cost effective in nearly every situation because the cost of a 5kg package is massively smaller than 5 separate 1kg shipments.
