Whether we can forward medication depends on what it is, where you bought it, and where it's going. Some medications can be shipped under strict conditions; others can't be shipped at all. Always check with us before you order.
Contact lenses are sometimes flagged as "medication," but they're treated as a medical device rather than a medicine — see Shipping Contact Lenses to the US.
What We Can't Forward
- Illegal drugs and narcotics — no exceptions.
- Medicine bought outside the UK or EU — we can't forward medicine purchased from pharmacies outside the UK or EU (for example in the US, Turkey, or India) from our UK or EU warehouses.
- Medicine sent person-to-person — you can't have a friend or family member mail their own prescription to our warehouse for forwarding.
What May Be Allowed
We can often forward medication if it meets all of the following:
- Bought from a registered UK or EU online pharmacy.
- In its original, unopened manufacturer's packaging, with the pharmacy label attached.
- Going to a destination that allows it. Some countries — such as Russia, the US, or Brazil — ban private individuals from receiving medicine by post. We'll check whether your destination allows it.
Check Before You Order
Email info@forward2me.com before you buy, with:
- The exact name of the medication.
- A link to the online pharmacy where you plan to buy it.
- The destination country you want to ship to.
Medication We Generally Can't Ship
If a medication needs cold-chain storage (refrigeration), we generally can't ship it — our standard transit and warehousing aren't temperature-controlled.
