We're unable to forward shipments containing food, beverages, medication, or other goods intended for human consumption to Spain or the Canary Islands. This page explains why, and what it means for your shipment.
What Can't Be Forwarded to Spain
Shipments of food, beverages, and medication intended for personal use can't be forwarded to a Spanish address. Spain applies strict controls on consumable goods, and personal shipments of these items are generally rejected or seized at customs.
- Food and beverages require specific health certifications and sanitary inspections that aren't available for personal shipments.
- Medication — both prescription and over-the-counter — generally can't be shipped internationally to individuals in Spain, and customs will typically reject and return these items.
What This Means for Your Shipment
- We can't forward these items to Spain. If they're sent to our warehouses, we're unable to forward them to a Spanish address.
- If a shipment reaches Spain, it's likely to be rejected by customs and either destroyed or returned to the origin warehouse.
- Return and disposal costs — any return shipping, storage, or disposal charges are the customer's responsibility.
For general guidance on shipping medication, including where it must be purchased from, see Shipping Medication .
