If you're shipping several items, you can send them together in one of two ways: Consolidation or Combine and Repack. They differ in how much we handle your packaging, which affects cost and protection. This guide explains both so you can choose.

Consolidation – Group Your Parcels as They Are
With consolidation, we group your existing parcels together without repacking the contents. There are two types:
- One Large Box (around £3 / €3 / $3 / ¥600 per package) – we remove the retailer's outer shipping boxes but keep each manufacturer's product box intact, then place everything into one heavy-duty box. A good balance of one-box convenience and original protection.
- Multi-Piece Shipment (MPS) (free) – your packages stay in their original boxes, grouped under one master tracking number. Fastest option and no repacking, but you pay to ship the empty space in the original boxes, so shipping usually costs more. Combine & Repack – Repack to Reduce Wasted Space
Around £3 / €3 / $3 / ¥600 per package
With Combine & Repack, we actively remove bulky packaging and repack your items into one custom-sized box to reduce volumetric weight – usually the cheapest way to ship. You choose how it's packed (Repack for Safety or Repack for Saving). See Combine and Repack: which option is right for me? to choose between them.

Good to know
- Wait until everything arrives. Once a repack or consolidation is sealed, it can't be reopened to add or remove items – make sure all your parcels have arrived first.
- Protect + Guarantee. For high-value items, you can add Protect+ at checkout, whichever option you choose.
