Combine and Repack lets you consolidate multiple parcels and reduce wasted space before shipping. Here's how to request it from your account.
Step-by-step
- In your Package Inbox, select the parcels you want to combine by ticking the checkbox next to each one.
- Choose the Combine and Repack option.
- Select your repack preference – Repack for Safety or Repack for Saving. (Not sure which to choose? See Combine and Repack: which option is right for me?)
- Confirm your request and follow the on-screen instructions.
Once your request is complete, our team will repack your parcels and update your account when they're ready to ship.
