Paid for a premium shipping service and still have not received a parcel

I have checked the status of your DHL shipment, from the tracking, and I can see that a total of 8 packages left our tax free facility on 6th May and a total 7 out of the 8 packages have been confirmed as delivered to your address in Australia, as a partial delivery, on 7th May by DHL.
I will chase the status of the remaining package with DHL immediately and confirm any updates with you directly via email.

No I wouldn't recommend using forwardtome as my purchase from England to Ireland cost me more than my purchase, then I had to pay the duty of around 30 Euro when it got here.
