Since yesterday am sending several emails. No agent has attended to my email. I have a parcel at the warehouse

Well i wish i knew that you will distrbute my shipments into multi pices and i will have to contact FedEx sevreal times waiting them to ship it to me for 2 months.

With regards to the shipping of your goods as a multi-piece shipment I can see that you did have contact with one of our Customer Service agents before you shipped the goods and she did advise you that the best option on this occasion was to ship as a multi-piece shipment. Please get in touch with our customer service team if you are ever unsure of the process when shipping and they will be happy to guide you further.

No Royal Mail option available, couriers only, very expensive

I'm sorry that we weren't able to offer your preferred option for shipping, due to covid restrictions many of the budget services aren't currently viable so they have been temporarily removed from our site.
Hopefully over the next few months restrictions will lessen worldwide and the budget services will become available again so we re-instate these type of services.

Parcel got here very quickly, cannot fault the service itself. The cost on the other hand means forward2me is a last resort.

Le service est horriblement cher ! Proposer des livraisons DHL à minimum 35€ pour livrer un jeu ps4 est abusif. D’autant plus que DHL refacture ensuite des frais de douanes qui inclus le coût du transporteur dans le coût de l’objet. Si j’avais su que ça coûterait aussi cher, je n’aurai jamais pris ce service. À titre de comparaison, c’est 3 à 4 fois plus chère que des proxy shopper pour le Japon.

I received prompt notification when the items were delivered to the warehouse. I was offered the option of shipping everything in their original packaging, meaning multiple boxes and a higher shipping charge, or Forward2Me could repack my items into just one box (for a small fee), therefore cutting my shipping costs in half. Obviously, I went with the latter option! The items arrived well-packaged and in great condition. Everything went quickly and smoothly.

No mention of additional charges. My package cost 3 times as much as expected including all extras. The entire forwarding service doesn't make sense if you don't deliver precise pricing information.

We're sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the additional charges you have paid, I'm thinking that these are relating to import duty and vat since you are based within the EU.
Since Brexit at the beginning of this year all goods imported from the Uk to an EU country could be liable for vat and over 150 euros liable for import duties.
We do state clearly on our terms of trade that we ship goods as delivery duty unpaid and our charges do not include any import duty and taxes, these are charged in the receiving country if applicable and payable by the receiver.
We know this has meant a major change, before January 2021 all goods were in free ciruculation within the EU including the EU so they did need to go through customs clearance.
For this reason we have now opened a warehouse facility in Germany where customers within the EU can source goods within the EU and have them shipped to Germany for onward shipping without the need for payment of duty and taxes.
We hope this option will work for you going forward and if you require any further information relating to import duty and taxes if you are shipping from the UK please feel free to contact our Customer Service Team and they will be very happy to assist you.
