We are sorry that you feel dissatisfied with our service, however, as was advised to you previously, by our Customer Experience agents, the document approval procedure from our Germany warehouse is viewable to all customers' from the Germany page on our website and can also be found from our FAQ'S page, 'READ MORE', https://forward2me.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360016227500-Why-do-I-need-to-upload-a-passport-and-utility-bill-when-shipping-from-the-German-address-
The document approval process from Germany is a new security policy that has been built onto our system to ensure additional security and protection for both our customers and our service by the request of Germany authorities-not forward2me.
Forward2me would only use the provided forms of identification for no other reason than if working with the police and German authorities in any events of a fraud claim. We do not share this other than with official authorities and only on request. The information is stored and transmitted in an encrypted form.
I can see that you continuously refused to provide the requested documentation for approval for shipping your package from our Germany warehouse and this resulted in your package exceeding the 30 free storage days but as a one time only gesture we offered to waver all additional storage charges and we authorised shipping for your package at Germany from our side. Please note, if you should choose to ship from our Germany warehouse again and if you do not provide the requested documents from your account you will not be approved for shipping from the Germany warehouse again, you will be restricted to proceed with shipping your packages and the only available options for your packages would be return to sender or disposal.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
We hope this information that we have provided to you is useful, we hope the issues you have experienced through our service do not deter you from shipping with us again in the future and we hope you will reconsider your current rating of our service.

I bought some clothes and I could deliver them in Italy from the UK. The only addition I suggest is to put a custom tax simulator because when they delivered my parcel the custom asked for 23%

Great service! I ordered a UK exclusive vinyl and sent it to the forward to me warehouse after seeing a review on tiktok and everything was perfect! It arrived to my house in the US a few days earlier than expected and the record was packaged well and in perfect condition upon arrival. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone needing similar services and I will definitely be using them in the future!

TL;DR: you actually have to pay people for doing this service (taking the package, storing it, shipping it) and that's NOT CHEAP. This service only makes sense if you want an item desperately and are willing to pay a lot of money! If you do, the service was completely satisfactory! "forward2me" processed my package really fast and everything was great, just expensive...

I desperate wanted a skin product that was discontinues with the only seller being "Harrods" in UK, they don't ship to Germany though...
I never used a package forwarding service and was quite skeptical, especially with the "tax-free Guernsey" option. However I thought I just try since I really wanted a couple bottles of my holy grail product.
-When I placed my order in the Harrods online shop it immediately calculated away the taxes since I chose the Guernsey address, so that worked perfectly fine! (I did have to pay more shipping though, for shipping within UK it would have been free, but I had to pay for shipping to Guernsey, however minus the taxes it was still cheaper to ship there)
- the package arrived super quit and I was always informed very fast by "forward2me" about everything trough email
- I chose to immediately let it be send to me by forward, since that was the only thing I needed from UK. My only critique would be that the only shipping option was express shipping which was VERY expensive (~50€) I would have preferred a slower, cheaper shipping for sure but at least the package arrives super quit and everything was fine!
I'd definitely use this service again if I really really wanted something that I just couldn't get ANY other way! It was hella expensive though, but worth it for me since I was 4 bottles of my favorite product now :)

Unfortunately the fluctuating fuel surcharge rates with each courier service are causing increases in the overall shipping prices we are currently offering. Some courier companies review their fuel surcharges once a month and others review and amend the fuel surcharges on a weekly basis and the courier services' are also having to apply additional emergency surcharge fees in relation to COVID restrictions from country to country.
