Very prompt notification that they had received my item and then the they had forwarded it for delivery. Downside is that all delivery options were very expensive.

The level of service is bad

We do always try to help our customers as much as possible however see that the items received in this shipment are goods that we are unable to ship overseas, I know this must have been frustrating for you however this is a courier restriction and out of our control.

We do have a prohibited item list on our website showing these items, it may be that you did not see this information before making this purchase. We are always here to help and if you are unsure of restrictions for shipping goods in the future please don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer services and they will be happy to advise you if we are able to ship the product.

update - Forward2Me customer service was reacting quickly, they were helpful and did their best to solve the problematic situation. I hope that the repacking quality of the next shipment will be better, looking forward to use your service again.

I used your service previously and it was satisfactory, but this time the quality of the repacking was unacceptable - The 2 original boxes from Tesco were taped together stacked on top of each other, crashing most of the content. This is not what I was expecting for the additional fee of £12.00. I'll submit a complaint to the customer service with pictures attached. Please review urgently your repacking service, as this problem ruins the whole customer experience.

All couriers use the volumetric weight to calculate their shipping prices. However, if the actual weight is more than this volumetric weight then the shipping price is calculated using this actual weight.<br/>

The service itself is good, however, when you get a price quote it is very different to the final quote! It is not just the weight but the volumetric weight, they basically charge you for what the package should weigh for the size it is, hence a 30-40% increase on the quote!

forward2me lost my parcel which is an LV bag !!
i was told by customer service officer Tracy that the warehouse team couldn't locate my parcel .
I have already sent countless emails enquired them regarding the updates whether they have found my bag , or if not, any compensation but no replies from them . The reason forward2me gave was December is a very very busy month for them .
I do understand this but not until u misplace the customers ' parcels and take ages to reply emails ?
This is the very first time I encountered problems with forward2me. Previously had very good experience with them .
And I'm still waiting for Tracy to get back to me to deal with the compensation . I hope the management will settle this ASAP
