Package was incorrectly measured and I was overcharged as a result. Customer service unwilling to make this right, very disappointed. You ripped me off once, but you lost a customer for life.

For some reason we didn't receive tracking for this item, as we always have with forward2me in the past, but that notwithstanding that the parcel arrived quickly and in perfect condition... am thrilled as usual!

Overall it was an easy and fast transaction. I'll gladly use it again in the future. One note though, I had one email with an address that had Lancashire in it and one without. Ultimately it didn't matter, but it was a bit confusing.

Shipping costs are a bit high, but than again, better than not being able to ship at all. My package arrived at the warehouse early afternoon and was on its way to me a few hours later. Recommended!
