It was a super speedy process and I though it was super user friendly as well. The only thing is the 15 GBP for using the personal shopper helper. So it is an unexpected payment but it isn't terrible.

Ultra fast, very pleased with communication and tracking. However i wish it had been packaged into a carton because it had been opened, both sellers and DHL's nylon packaging and re closed sloppy with duct tape from customs i suppose.I recommend.
