communicative and responsive, but does not convince me with good expertise, experiences and shipping knowledge know-how. pretty much like naive level especially when it handling goods such as hifi speaker. Upon my stuff being declined for shipment, with half an hour, I easily managed to identified 3 forwarders who gave me immediate green light for hifi speaker shipment.

Service was really good. I particularly appreciated the emails alerts which make it easy to keep track of things. If I had any criticism of the service it would be the high cost of the freight options, but I guess this is largely out of your control.

Forward2me provided great seamless service and were able to get me the item I needed which was available only in Europe, and shipped to me in less than 2 weeks. Customer service was very responsive as well. Will definitely recommend and use them again if needed.

Servizio fantastico, ben organizzato, serio e professionale. Il sito è molto "basico" come piace a me, e decisamente funzionale: appena ricevuta una spedizione la aggiornano con tutti i dati (peso e dimensioni del pacchetto) e con il contenuto, che aprono per verificare. Una volta che tutto è pronto, è possibile decidere quando farsi spedire i pacchetti ricevuti. Ho ricevuto la spedizione qui a Malta a 24h dall'ordine, e i costi sono ottimi. Il servizio di assistenza risponde a tutte le domande, sono cordiali e precisi. Non saprei cosa chiedere di più da un servizio così! Forse l'unico consiglio che mi sento di dare è che potrebbero velocizzare un po' i tempi di risposta dell'assistenza, ma è solo un dettaglio giusto per voler cercare per forza qualcosa. Lo consiglio sicuramente a tutti!

This website is such a great idea! You get to use the address of the business to send your order to, they notify you when your order arrives, and let you choose from a variety of options to ship it to you. I must say the options aren't cheap if your package is worth more than £20 (under £20 you can ship for £10); all options were around £21 for me (my package was worth £33 or so) which is almost as much as the dress I bought but hey, if you really want something from the UK and you can't order internationally on the website you want to buy it from, it is definitely worth it! It also went very fast! Thank you, I will definitely use it again in the future!

Amazing! I've never used a parcel forwarding service before so was a bit hesitant. Their service was super fast! Posted Tuesday got to me in sydney on Friday. It's faster than our own Australia Post from state to state!! Outstanding communication of when parcels arrived at their warehouse and their website is just so easy to use. Thanks so so much guys - look forward to using you again!

Repacking was good, shipping was fast, but overall the shipping cost was more than the goods. So more visibility into shipping options (there was only one given after repacking) including perhaps a regular mail service would be useful for shoppers.
