Forward2me is an excellent parcel forwarding service. This was my first time using their service and I couldn't be more pleased. Their website is super quick and easy to use, and customer service is so helpful! Shipping to the USA was really fast and my item arrived in perfect condition. Your end is perfect, but the couriers here are pathetic, they rely too heavily on the telephone system which is mostly GSM based now. This country doesn't have 100% coverage and there are probably very few that have. I simply cannot understand why they sit on their hands when they cant phone and don't use email. They also send out their drivers without maps and again rely on the GSM network to find out directions of where to deliver. DHL and now UPS still have my parcels and both of them do not have a direct communication route to get things sorted. I have blacklisted both of them.

The service I received from Forward2Me was better than I could have ever expected. I was notified immediately when packages arrived at their warehouse in order to select the forwarding service to get my packages to me in Cambodia. Delivery was very quick. I ordered from Amazon UK on a Friday and the packages where at my door the following Wednesday. Thank you for the service you provide and how easy you have made this process for me.
