Amazing! I am a die hard Robbie fan and ordered a stack of Robbie memorabilia from the UK from places that didn’t shop to Australia. Easy fix - send to my UK address and in 3 days from my online request I received my items - faster delivery than from my next door neighbour! Love love love!

I was impressed by the services and convenience offered by forward2me. I am from the Philippines and some of the stores in UK do not accept our credit card from our local banks here. They were the one paying my purchases and they consolidated it for a minimum fee. I received my package on time after 4 days in very good condition. Thank you very much.

Having been a customer of theirs for a while, I used Forward2Me's concierge service to buy an item that wouldn't ship to me. I'd used their shipping service before so the concierge service was a new experience for me. Happily, both the item and F2Me's emails were prompt and efficient. While it costs money to use the service, it's money well spent. I'll be using their concierge service again and already have items waiting to ship out from them. Excellent service and brilliant customer care responses!

I have had an account at Forward2me for the past year or so, and I use their services almost every day. I buy things from online markets regularly, so having a parcel forwarder that is efficient and hassle-free makes a huge difference for me.
In short, Forward2me's service is excellent. The user interface documenting newly arrived items works well, and the automatic shipment cost quotes are great when deciding which courier to use. When I need a further clarification, I can always call them or send an email, which will always be answered in less than 24 hours.
Beyond that, their fees (a percentage on the shipping cost that is not disclosed) are VERY fair and not once have I felt that shipping costs were unreasonable.
All in all, they are by far the most easy experience I've had with a parcel forwarder in Europe, and I expect that I will keep using their services for a long time. I would strongly recommend them to anyone, from one-off shipments to regular forwarding in bulk.

When everything goes well, my packages have always been delivered as quickly as possible. The one time there was a problem, Forward2Me kept investigating and kept me informed every step of the way until the problem was resolved. Problems can happen to any company. It's how those problems are addressed (or aren't) that really tells the character of a company. I don't hesitate to recommend Forward2Me.

Alles angekommen, bitte beachten dass nach Gewicht verrechnet wird, um keine Überraschungen zu erleben....... Ansonsten hat alles perfekt geklappt. Es war für mich die einzige Möglichkeit an den gewünschen Artikel zu gelangen, da der Lieferant nicht in die Schweiz versenden konnte.

Honestly I was skeptical of using a forwarding service as I never heard of one before. I came across a website and saw a few items I wanted to get, but behold no shipping to the US. I searched high and low if there was a way to get a proxy of some sort on how to purchase items overseas and found forward2me. I had lots of questions about how the process of this service worked and the forward2me team were very helpful and efficient in making sure they answered all my inquiries. What can I say about forward2me? GREAT. I got my items within just a few days.. that is how fast they ships your items out! I have to admit though, the price is kind of steep. But hey - if there's something you really want but can't have it sent directly to you and you want it at all costs, use forward2me!

My package was held for four days without any communication. When I messaged their customer service they said they couldn’t ship it to me because I was in Canada. I’m not, not sure how that got mixed up. They corrected his very quickly overnight and my pacakage was ready to go the next day. Very quick and friendly responses after you reach out, wonderful forwarding service.

Excellent. I have used forward2me a few times to ship to Hk. They are excellent and very fast turnaround to send my packages. The latest shipment they forwarded to me within an hour after I placed the ship request and I got it via dhl like 1-2 days later. Can’t get any better than this!

Deres setup fungere fint, men den estimerede forsendelse er ofte længere end oplyst. Når jeg vælger 2 dages levering med fx TNT, så tager det min. 3 dage, da der går lidt tid for pakken bliver registreret, afhentet osv. Så de 2 er kun den effektive forsendelsestid....men forbrugeren tænker jo kun på hvornår modtager jeg pakken.
