The reliability of this service is amazing. I have now had quite a few trades with them, and they have always dispatched quick, and deliver a top grade service on each occasion. On one occasion an item I shipped from them arrived earlier than the item that shipped within my own country, go figure. Haven't experimented with other reshippers as these guys are obviously the best going at the moment. Not to mention that they solved two challenges to shipping in quickly and without fuss that allowed me to receive my packages before I moved. Can't fault this company on any point, they are simply flawless.

Fast Service even though my order was returned back by DHL and was later re-shipped again by forward2me. Received the package within 24h DHL had all the required paper work so did not need to wait 2 days as normally is the case. Excellent service will be using them again :)

Hi,<br />Many thanks for taking the time to review our services however I'm disappointed to hear that you are unhappy with both the cost and transit time of your parcel.<br />We do feel that we offer good value for money for the service we provide, the shipping fee charged includes the use of your address, the acceptance, processing and dispatch of your goods including any export paperwork required for shipping. <br />Shipping fees are calculated on the amount of space the shipment takes up in transit rather than being based on the actual weight of the goods, this is especially the case when transporting goods by air. <br />I see that the service you have chosen for shipping is a premium door to door, fully tracked service however the delivery does appear to be on time as per the transit time stated on your shipping invoice.<br />Please don't hesitate to get in touch if this is not the case and we can then look into this further for you and open a case with the delivery company.<br />We look forward to hearing from you if we can assist you further.<br />Many thanks,<br />Kind Regards,Tracy.

Everything worked flawlessly. The company appears ethical and does what they say they'll do as soon as they can possibly do it.
The only issue we had, which was largely our own fault for not reading the website fully, was that we didn't understand that packages that aren't repackaged at the per-unit rate are actually sent individually. For DHL, forward2me put them each in individual DHL bags but sent them on one single "waybill." So they were all discreet, but you'll get a big stack if you order much. One of mine actually got misdirected by DHL, but showed up promptly the next day.
I only wish there was a way to estimate how much you can save in shipping fees if you paid the per-unit repackaging fee. But the overall cost was reasonable given the services provided and the quantity shipped. Go for it.

I absolutely love the Forward2Me service! Not only are they fantastic with quick and easy shipping but they take the time to make sure your package gets to you without being opened. (I live in the US and I’m used to my parcels being half opened expecually is they are international purchases besides coustoms checks) I will FOREVER use Forward2Me because they are detail oriented, the alerts are down to the moment. Love you guys you’re a shop-a-holics bff.

Hi,<br />Many thanks for taking the time to provide us with your feedback relating to your recent shipment with forward2me.<br />I see that your shipment included goods which are classed as dangerous by our couriers for shipping purposes, as we are accredited to ship dangerous goods via our courier DHL we were able to offer this service to your country however DHL do add a hefty surcharge for the service.<br />This charge is applied by the courier and not forward2me, we only pass the same cost to the customer that is charged to us and do not add any further fee for the additional work involved with preparing this type of shipment. Due to the nature of the shipment it does take a little time for us to repack and prepare all the paperwork so it is compliant with dangerous goods regulations and this is the reason why it takes a little longer than shipping a parcel with unrestricted goods.<br />I can understand that due to this surcharge your shipping costs were higher than expected especially if you were not aware of these additional charges before you received your goods, although we do feel for the service we charge shipping fees are very competitive and cost effective for our customers.<br />We hope you will reconsider using our services again in the future and if you have any further questions relating to what kind of goods are classed as dangerous for shipping we will be happy to provide you with this information.<br />Many thanks,<br />Kind Regards,Tracy.

Hi,<br />Many thanks for taking the time to review our services however I'm sorry to hear that you feel that we have not been provided with the service you requested. <br />After speaking with my colleague who dealt with your query I believe that due to the size of your packages it would not have been cost effective for you to use the combine and repack service however they recommended that you use our multi-piece shipment option so you obtained the maximum value for shipping and could include all your goods within one shipment.<br />We do pride ourselves on taking great care of our customers parcels and would not recommend a service which would not be cost effective for you, by using the combine and repack service the shipping cost would have increased rather than decreased due to the cost of the service and with us not being able to reduce the size of your packages to make combine and repack cost effective for you.<br /><br />When your shipping request was received you only appear to have requested that two out of your three packages be shipped, as shipping is initiated by the customer and not ourselves we can only ship goods which have been included in the shipping request however I can see from our records that all three packages would have been showing in your account at that time and been available for shipping.<br />I hope this information helps explain why the third package was not shipped with your other goods and why we didn't recommend the combine and repack service, please don't hesitate to get in touch with customer service at info@forward2me.com if you have any further questions relating to this matter.<br />Many thanks,<br />Kind Regards,Tracy.<br /><br /><br /><br />

My first use of the service confirmed my worst fears -- that through obfuscation, ambiguity, and carelessness this company will try to extract as much money out of you as possible.
It started after I received a few packages, all on the same day, and Forward2Me told me they could not combine them into one shipment to me in the USA. I had to pay separately at much greater cost. Then, one of the packages wasn't processed until the next day and required another shipment at yet another outrageous cost.
