The communication with the customers is perfect and the service delivery is rapid and satisfactory. I'd rate the whole service excellent if the freight charges were a little less expensive. Indeed, it is often the case that the shipment cost is much higher than the value of the consignment; this situation is quite discouraging.

my first shipment was not so pleasant. I used the cheapest whistl courier service and I did not get my packages on time. However, communicating with forward2me was very helpful and I received follow up emails even after I finally received the package. I used DHL and UPS for subsequent shipments and the courier service was SUPER fast. Thank you!
