They could have stood behind their service instead of making excuses why it was my fault for not having thoroughly read their entire FAQ before hiring them for the job. But their representative Hayley B blamed the customer and said I should have read the FAQ first. Ultimately I did receive my delivery after delays, hassles, and a mis-delivery. I had to both initiate an investigation into the missing box and threaten to dispute the credit card charge that forward2me.com assessed me before they did anything other than blame the customer for the problem. Also, the two smaller boxes were shrink-wrapped onto the larger box, but they were not aligned in the same orientation which could have likely saved some volumetric weight and reduced my shipping cost.

Rob packed my items well, items were delivered promptly as promised. Paid for delivery on Thursday, checked for tracking and it was scheduled for Monday, no problem. Item already arrived on Friday. Reasonably priced for shipping and repacking service from UK to Malaysia. Solid A+, cheers!

Der Service ist preiswert. Meine Pakete wurden noch am gleichen Tag zusammengefasst. Die Versandkosten für das riesige Paket waren überraschend niedrig. Und das Paket kam nach zwei Tagen an. Aber das beste ist die beiliegende Karte, die der Mitarbeiter unterschreibt und jeder malt ein Smiley darauf.

O servico foi bom. E rapido e muito confiavel. Mas deveria melhorar nos precos para serem mais atractivos. Por exemplo para pacotes pequenos (muito pequenos) que chegam a custar 10GBP frete para o meu pais (Mocambique) mesmo que eu solicite o repacking num pacote o preco continua a ser muito alto o que nao traz muita comodidade. O preco final torna-se aproximadamente uma soma dos varios pacotes pequenos e nao consttitue uma vantagem ao cliente. Se fizessem uma revisao neste aspecto seria muito melhor e aumentaria a quantidade de pacotes que passam por vosso servico.

Hi,Many thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback on our services however I'm disappointed to hear that you found that the cost of using our service was more than expected.The price paid for shipping not only includes the transit fees, it includes the use of a UK address, the acceptance, processing, storing and dispatch of your goods including any export documentation required and full customer support for tracked services until delivery.Shipping fees are calculated on the amount of space that your shipment occupies in transit rather than the actual weight, this is called the volumetric weight. The actual weight would only be charged when this was higher than the volumetric weight. I see that for your shipment although very light, it volumed out higher therefore the shipping fees were calculated on the higher volumetric weight.I'm thinking that when you checked the price calculator you may have only entered the total weight of your packages rather both the actual weight and the dimensions of the package. When both pieces of information is entered as well as the country, city and zip code the price should match the price you are being charged for shipping on your account. If you ever find that these prices differ please contact our Customer Service team at info@forward2me.com and they will be happy to look at this for you.We do however offer a combine and repack service, this is especially useful when ordering multiple items where the overall volume may be able to be reduced to ensure the customer obtains maximum value for shipping and may be useful in future.I hope this information helps going forward and that you will consider using our services again.
