I used the US warehouse for the first time and bought shampoo and conditioner. They insisted that because there is a miniscule amount of alcohol in the formulas (alcohol is about the 40th item on the ingredients list available on the sellers website, the link of which I provided), the package is classified as a dangerous good, and must be shipped accordingly, in other words super expensively (USD 200!!)... I left a complaint, they replied offering help, but it took more than a month for them to get back to me, even after my reminders, saying that the seller did not return to them to confirm..

The cost of shipping is determined based on several factors:

Weight: Both the actual weight (1.98 kg) and the volumetric weight (6.09 kg) are considered. The carrier charges based on the higher of the two, which in this case is the volumetric weight.

Dimensions: The package's dimensions (35 cm x 30 cm x 29 cm) are used to calculate the volumetric weight.

Since 6.09 kg is greater than the actual weight (1.98 kg), FedEx charges for 6.09 kg.

When compared to many other forwarding companies, our rates are often more affordable, as we aim to provide high-quality service at a reasonable price. We believe our customers receive excellent value for the level of service we deliver.

Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert.
Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Ich habe etwas in UK bestellt, Zoll & Versand kann man über UPS vorher bezahlen, was natürlich sehr angenehm ist, da ich persönlich meistens kein Bargeld Zuhause habe. Bis zu 30 Tage kann man kostenlos lagern und Bestellungen sammeln. Der Versand selbst hat nur 3 Tage von Forward zu mir gedauert.

I must admit that I was a bit concerned using this service, given some of the negative reviews I read. However, after my own personal experience I can confidently say that this was the most seamless, smooth, and reliable forwarding service I have used! I received ample communication regarding my parcel and was given a few carrier options when it came down to forwarding to the United States. My items from the UK arrived undamaged and within a week of ordering from the original manufacturer! I’ll definitely be using Forward2me in the future when ordering from London.

I have used a number of package forwarding services and Forward2Me is by far the best. They are really efficient and organised, and any package without issues is forwarded very quickly. If there are issues, from either end, they resolve them quickly and with great communication. You always know what is happening and why. Any time I have had questions (which has been a few times lately) their communication is clear and they are very helpful. They have helped me manage a few tricky forwarding issues for which I am very grateful. I could not recommend Forward2Me more highly and will not use any other forwarding service.

Ich habe schon öfter über Lieferdienste in Nicht-EU-Ländern bestellt, doch es war nie so kompliziert wie bei forward2me. Ich hatte einen Adventskalender bestellt und jedes einzelne Teil wurde analysiert und jeden Tag gab es ein anderes Problem. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt und vor allem habe ich keine genaue Erklärung erhalten was genau das Problem ist. Auf meine Fragen kamen immer nur Standart-Antworten. Am Ende war der Versand plötzlich doppelt so hoch wie ursprünglich berechnet und dadurch, dass alle Produkte einzeln gelistet waren musste ich dem Zoll eine extra Gebühr von 50€ zahlen.

When asking questions about my order/s I always make myself very clear about what I am asking but the person seems to fail in understanding basic requests but we get there in the end. And as far as Fedex is concerned I understand why they are so cheap. Their way in which they deliver items that arrive all at once is in 3 separate days (the last time they didn't deliver on the day they claimed no one was home when they delivered another parcel in the day), madness! Anyway after I did all the ground work I eventually got them no thanks to FedEx…

The repacking was done well, the box was not oversized. Worked really well. The whole process was very fast.

The only critique is maybe offer some more breakdown information on the international addresses. Sometimes I am not sure if a piece of information is a county, district, prefecture. So far I've been able to get it right in businesses shipping forms, but it does cause some uncertainties.
