Feefo is an independent feedback service with verified and audited reviews.
These reviews are much more meaningful than reviews found on sites such as google or trip advisor because of two key points:
Only customers who have actually used the forward2me service are able to leave feedback so readers know that the feedback is genuine and not something forward2me has made up, or indeed a forward2me competitor has made up.
forward2me has no control over the feedback unless it is abusive or defamatory – in which case feefo themselves remove it. Every feedback is shown unedited and in full - all forward2me can do with negative feedback is respond to the customer's specific concerns.
I thought forward2me provided EXCEPTIONAL service in terms of handling and delivering my package. I received my item in a timely manner, I appreciated the frequent updates on my package and it was also easy to set up my account. Thank you Forward2me! I will be using your services again!
The time frame you showed me before I paid and the time the package was actually delivered was not the same. Instead of 6 days it was delivered after 15. Also the package was delivered to a UK address, so the store packed it for a local delivery. Since you shipped it Internationally, and based on the tracking, in 15 days it moved between 5 countries, the package didn’t arrive in good condition. Maybe you should offer (even with extra cost) a service of rewarping the package to sastain international delivery
Service was swift but the price was too high for a simple item. I bought a Barbie doll for my daughter at about $20, but paid more than $40 to ship to me. There were only express options. I would have been happy to wait longer to receive the item if it had cost less.

I'm pleased to hear that you are happy with the overall service however the cost of shipping was more than you would have liked.
The cost of shipping is generally calculated by the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight. This is called the volumetric weight. All couriers (examples: DHL and TNT) use the volumetric weight to calculate their shipping prices. However, if the actual weight is more than this volumetric weight then the shipping price is calculated using this actual weight.
I see that although your package weighed less than 0.5 kg the actual shipping price was based on the higher volumetric weight. When sellers ship within the UK couriers charge on the actual weight of the goods rather than the volumetric, like they do for overseas shipping. We tend to find that because of this many UK retailers ship in much larger boxes than necessary for the goods enclosed in the package.
For this reason we do offer a combine and repack service, when chosen our warehouse team evaluate the goods inside the package and see if they can reduce the overall size of the package ensuring that the goods can be shipped so they are safe and secure for international transit. This process ensures that the customer obtains the maximum value for shipping. You can find this option from your inbox when you go to ship your packages.
Many customers do look to purchase a number of items then consolidate them into one shipment to ensure they are making the most of our service.
For shipping options, we do usually have some more budget options however due to the limitations for air freight down to the problems related to the pandemic, many of these options aren't viable at the moment. We are hoping that in the coming year as the pandemic passes, we can offer more budget services for our customers.

I have bought one PTZ VideoCamera and you have received and sent to me the package that was very very poor packaged by the seller . I was really very lucky to received the delivery not damaged.By the way the service was very fast and the DPD Currier very reliable. Next time PLEASE take a look if the packaging is OK for the shipment if NOT please advertise me and make the item reliable .of course i pay you for the service. Make Attention !!!!! Thanks

Fast responses to my queries and very fast but expensive shipping. It would be nice to have cheaper shipping options especially for low value items. I would be more inclined to use the service more if there were several shipping options as I don't necessarily need the items to be shipped express.
It’s too expensive! Coz of the size of my parcel, slightly exceeded the standard size, the shipment costs ended up became 4 times of the price of my item. (The item costs £20 vs shipping cost £80) I couldn't return it as I needed it urgently, overall very disappointed. Won’t consider to use forward2me again.
