Feefo is an independent feedback service with verified and audited reviews.
These reviews are much more meaningful than reviews found on sites such as google or trip advisor because of two key points:
Only customers who have actually used the forward2me service are able to leave feedback so readers know that the feedback is genuine and not something forward2me has made up, or indeed a forward2me competitor has made up.
forward2me has no control over the feedback unless it is abusive or defamatory – in which case feefo themselves remove it. Every feedback is shown unedited and in full - all forward2me can do with negative feedback is respond to the customer's specific concerns.
The price could be a bit better, plus the service from Germany was slower than expected. I had two shipments at about the same time, one from UK and one from Germany, but although the UK one arrived at the forward2me warehouse later, it managed to "overtake" the Germany one and get delivered to Singapore a day or two earlier!

We do understand that procedures for exporting and importing have changed since 1st January 2021.
We are hoping in coming weeks the situation will become clearer and.
Within the next month or so we will be opening another new facility of our own within the EU which will be available to our customers to receive parcels within the EU. Pricing will be competitive and full customer service support will be provided as in the UK.

The service was fantastic. No stress in forwarding the item I bought from Ebay. Just needed the proof of purchase which has the price of the item and choose which carrier you prefer in this case it was DHL. And it is immediately shipped to Australia. Now thats what I call "Service". Well done forward2me!
I find it quite poor for this parcel because I was not given a heads up. I love f2m until they started to hold this shipment for quite long. I might try another parcel forwarder if it keeps going on like this

Will no longer be doing business with them as they failed to meet any of my requests multiple times

Hi Edward,Thanks for your feedback.We are sorry to hear you have been unsatisfied with the service offered to you.I can see that you had submitted 2 requests to ask us to assist you with adding additional packages or removing goods to/from your optimized packages after your repack had already been completed.Any requests to add or remove items from your packages should be put through to us, via email, before you process your request for repack from your account. This type of request would require a manual alert adding on your account, for the relevant warehouse team, so they are aware of your instructions before they receive your repack request from your account. Once a repack is completed it cannot be undone as this then classes the new package as damaged. DHL Express Worldwide
The personal shopping and forwarding rates were reasonable. I originally wanted items that were listed in Euros, so unfortunately this service couldn't buy them. However, Aimee was able to find the exact items from another UK based site so I was able to have them purchased and forwarded. Shipping once forward2me was really quick.
The only issue I had was that my address was formatted incorrectly with DHL. It was listed as [#### Street Name / Apt ### / City / Apt ### / Zip Code / City] whereas it should have be listed as [#### Street Name / Apt ### / Zip Code / City] based on DHL's specifications). Delivery ended up failing on DHL's first try (IMO they should have been able to "read between the lines", since information was duplicated, not missing) but I got an email from DHL to update my address and the package was delivered successfully the next day.
Overall I was very happy that I was able to purchase unique gifts that aren't available in the US.

I can see from our communication that because the product within your package was prohibited for shipping to your country we were unable to ship the package to your home address.
We did however forward this package to another UK address as requested.
I'm sorry we were unable to help you with the forwarding of this package on this occasion however we are obliged to follow the rules and regulations set our by our couriers and customs in your country.

I was shocked when my son said he received the parcel , I was sure he would receive his package after Xmas, therefore i wished him happy New year. My order was delivered to Florida before Xmas, even though forward2me only had a 3 day delivery window before Xmas.
I have sent 17 shipments via forward2me with an average of 14 packages. 2x a package of these arrived empty, several times a package had to be repacked because it was supposedly damaged. the last time a package worth £ 250 was lost. delivered and signed for but forward2me says that the man does not work for them. customer support sends the same standard and emails and refuses to come up with a solution. the german branch was not even open when the DHL came by. cost me € 30, = in shipping costs. all they say is sorry ... no more forward2me for me. I'll go to someone else.
A bit disappointed with the service. They forgot to scan a part of my order (Was 3 parts total) in my account which I only realized after I received it in my country of residence. Had to email them and ask them about it. Their response was prompt and my parcel was found and scanned but I had to ship it again hence doubling the shipping costs, something I would have avoided if my order was scanned as a whole and shipped once altogether.

I'm sorry to hear that you are a little disappointed with the service however I see that we did receive an order in three parts from one supplier however these packages were all booked into the account within a few minutes and included in the same shipment.
I do see however that you had a second order from a different retailer and this arrived with us the following day.
I always recommend to customers that they check the contents of their packages carefully before going ahead with shipping, we do tend to find that retailers can send order in separate parcels, sometimes because they are shipping them from different storage facilities. When this happens even if they are shipped on the same day they can be split up in transit to us or even delivered on a different van. Some couriers deliver to us multiple times per day.

The transaction was seamless and customer service was on point! I had a small technical issue on my account which was resolved within 24hrs thanks to their great customer service on WhatsApp. My package was repacked by Shaun who did a very good job. Nothing was damaged and it came quicker than expected. Will definitely use service again!
