Feefo is an independent feedback service with verified and audited reviews.
These reviews are much more meaningful than reviews found on sites such as google or trip advisor because of two key points:
Only customers who have actually used the forward2me service are able to leave feedback so readers know that the feedback is genuine and not something forward2me has made up, or indeed a forward2me competitor has made up.
forward2me has no control over the feedback unless it is abusive or defamatory – in which case feefo themselves remove it. Every feedback is shown unedited and in full - all forward2me can do with negative feedback is respond to the customer's specific concerns.
I'm a first time customer and like their service. Shipping was very prompt. The website is clear and things seem to be managed well. One feature that would be really nice to see added is the option to ship parcels with a value of more than 20 GBP by regular post. The value of my parcel was approximately 75 GBP and the price was close to doubled by the time I added the shipping costs.

I'm pleased to hear that you are overall happy with the service provided however you would have liked the option to ship via standard mail. Unfortunately the service we offer via mail in untracked and the value limit is set by the postal service not ourselves.
We are however looking at other budget options, due to covid 19 these have not been viable over the last 12 months however we hoping that things will improve in the coming year and can again offer other budget services.

Very quick notification of arrival and quick shipping.
They could improve the communication with users when there are changes that might affect them. For example Brexit and the fact that DHL might charge import fees so well after delivery instead of before.
This could have been communicated beforehand, not when the user is placing an order of shipment.
Thankfully Customer Service managed to sort this out.
Besides that, top notch.

I was initially nervous to use this service as I wasn't sure what to expect; especially using an address for my shipment that is not my own. However, the process was easy and straightforward. The shipping was also very quick. I have already placed another order!
Ups liefert nicht aus. Nie wieder!

I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service provided by forward2me on this shipment. I believe the issue was related to new procedures when shipping to our EU after the transition period ended which delayed the dispatch of your goods.

Got the shipment fast and safely. They opened the package but all similar services do this so i guess it cannot be avoid even if i dont like it. An option to keep the original package sealed would be a nice option in the future. Other thing was that my pakage did not appear on their site but they found it very fast after contacting support. But this is fine as they are just starting operations in that country. Last thing i would like is the warehouse address should be in the middle of the page in large font not at the top of the web page in a small green bar it got me confused for a while. Overall positive experience and lookforward to using them again.

I will pass on your feedback to our development team regarding your suggestions put forward, they are constantly working on making the interface much clearer and easier to understand for our customers.
Unfortunately we are unable to get around opening up of parcels on arrival, we need to open packages to determine what the goods are inside to be able to ship them and ensure that we can do so legally to your country.

The repack and combine option is very costly. I had many very small packs but the combine and repack option was more expensive than to send one by one. But all the contents could fit in a small box and the cost would be lower. I think you should improve on this subject. It is the second time this happens to me.

I'm sorry that you feel that the cost of combine and repack is too expensive however we do feel that this fee is competitve for the work involved with combine and repack.
When we receive a request for a number of parcels from one customer, it does take time to locate the parcels within the warehouse and repack them so they are safe and secure for international transit. We also need to take into account the repacking materials used and any new shipping box required.
The combine and repack can also save on overall shipping costs if we are able to reduce the overall volume of the goods. We do always recommend combine and repack versus shipping in individual packages. When shipping in individual original packaging you do run the risk of the goods being damaged in transit if this packaging is insufficient and the goods can also be split up in transit causing issues with customs clearance.

Delivery Rates are just too high and customs can not be properly handled (deducting local VAT to make purchases in the UK affordable whilst using a forwarder). I guess for anyone within the EU the use of a forwarder is now even more unattractive .
