forward2me Lite and Lite X are our budget shipping services, available from our UK warehouse only. They're designed for a single, small, low-value package that comes in and ships straight back out, which is why they come with a few limits.
What Lite and Lite X Can Be Requested For
Both services are available for:
- 1 package
- Weight under 2 kg
- Overall dimensions under 90 cm
- A maximum value of £50–£100, depending on the service
Combine & Repack Isn't Available
Combine & Repack can't be used with Lite or Lite X. These services are built for one package that comes into us and is shipped straight back out, without repacking. If you want to combine several packages or have one repacked, choose one of our standard shipping services instead.
For more about Lite and Lite X, see our Lite service page or contact our Customer Experience team.
