You can get an instant estimate from the Pricing Page on our website. The calculator asks for three things:
- Origin – the country you're shipping from (USA, UK, UK tax-free, Germany, or Japan)
- Destination – the country your package is going to
- Your item – either select an item type (e.g. t-shirt, perfume) for a typical estimate, or enter the package’s dimensions and weight for a more accurate one
For the most accurate estimate, use shipping dimensions and weight — not product dimensions. Retailers usually add protective packaging, so the shipped box is larger and heavier than the product itself. Entering the product's own size will underestimate your cost. Many large retailers (like Amazon) list a "Shipping Weight" and "Package Dimensions" in the product specifications – use those figures where available, or ask the retailer if they aren't listed.
Why Your Final Cost May Differ from the Estimate
The Pricing Page gives an estimate based on country-level information. A few things are only confirmed once your package arrives and you ship from your account:
- Available courier services and any address-based fees (such as remote-area charges) depend on your full delivery address, which the estimate doesn't account for.
- Prohibited or restricted items are not checked by the calculator. Before you buy, please review our prohibited items list to make sure your goods can be forwarded.
- Depending on your destination and the shipping service selected, import duties, taxes, or customs-related fees may apply and may not be included in the estimate shown.
You'll see your exact available services and final price at checkout, once your package is in your account.
Quotes for Large Items and Bespoke Shipments
Some shipments can't be priced through the standard process and need a manual quote. This applies if:
- your shipment weighs over 30 kg,
- any single item is longer than 120 cm, or
- your shipment is oversized or non-standard for courier networks.
Items Needing Special Packaging
Some large, fragile, or irregular items need packaging arranged specially for them — such as custom boxes or crates. We can arrange this by sourcing the right packaging from our suppliers. Because we order these materials in, it's best to ask us early, as it can add to the time before your shipment is ready.
To request a quote for a large or bespoke shipment, contact our Customer Experience team with your item details — including the dimensions, weight, and destination — and let us know if you think it may need special packaging.
If your shipment doesn't meet any of these conditions, just use the standard quote process above.
If you have further questions, please contact our Customer Experience team.
