Shipping Methods and Couriers

2 min read

When your packages are ready, you choose how they're shipped from a list of available couriers and services. Here's who we work with and how to pick.

Where You Can Have Purchases Delivered

You shop at retailers and have your purchases sent to one of our forwarding addresses:

  • United Kingdom
  • United States
  • Germany
  • Guernsey
  • Japan

We then forward your purchases internationally. For which address types we can deliver to, see Where can my parcel be delivered?

Who Carries Your Parcel

We work with a range of established couriers so you can choose the balance of price and speed that suits you. Availability varies by warehouse and destination, and you'll see the options that apply to your shipment at checkout.

Lower-cost postal options (Lite & Cross Border)

For small, non-urgent packages (up to 2kg), our Lite and Cross Border services use local final-mile postal providers for a lower-cost alternative to express couriers.

Choosing a Service

When you pay for your shipment, your dashboard shows the available quotes for your parcel. You can compare them by:

  • Price — economy vs express.
  • Transit time — how quickly it's expected to arrive.
  • Service level — for example, whether signature-on-delivery or specific delivery slots are offered.

How the Calculator Compares to Checkout

The pricing calculator shows an estimate of the carriers and prices available for your destination, package type, and dimensions. These are the same options you'll see when you check out.

Your final options and prices are confirmed at checkout, and may differ slightly from the estimate — for example, if your package's measured dimensions or weight differ from what you entered.

If a Courier Option Is Missing from the Calculator

The calculator and checkout display only the carriers and services available for your specific destination, package type, dimensions, and shipment requirements — so you choose from the options shown for your parcel, and can't select one that isn't listed.

A courier or service may not appear if:

  • it isn't available for your destination;
  • your package's size, weight, or contents prevent it — for example, dangerous goods or restricted items; or
  • it doesn't meet the safety and compliance requirements for your specific shipment.
