How to Track Your Shipment

2 min read

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you can follow its journey to your delivery address. Here's how tracking works and what to do if it doesn't update straight away.

When your parcel is dispatched

Once your parcel is picked up by the courier:

  • Automatic email: we send a notification to your registered email address as soon as the status changes to "Shipped."
  • Account history: you can also log in to your dashboard and go to Shipment History to see a full log of every parcel you've sent, along with their tracking numbers.

Following your parcel

To track your parcel's journey:

  1. Copy the tracking number from your email or your dashboard.
  2. Go to the official website of the courier you selected (for example DHL, FedEx, UPS, or DPD).
  3. Enter the number to see your parcel's current status. Depending on the courier, this may include customs and delivery updates.

The level of detail shown varies by courier — some provide detailed customs and delivery tracking, while others show a simpler status. All our partner couriers have mobile-friendly tracking sites, so you can follow your parcel from your phone too.

If your tracking number doesn't work right away

It's normal for a tracking number not to update immediately:

  • A tracking number is sometimes generated before the driver physically collects the parcel.
  • It can take several hours — occasionally up to one business day — for the courier's system to update after the parcel leaves our warehouse.

If it's been more than 24 hours and the tracking still isn't updating, contact our Customer Experience team.

Why your parcel might show as being in Poland

If you're shipping from our EU (Germany) warehouse, you may see your parcel located in Poland at some point. This is normal — parcels sent to our Germany warehouse may be processed and shipped from our nearby facility in Poland, and it doesn't affect your shipment or delivery. For more on this, see What happens when your parcel arrives.

If you're not home for delivery

If you're not in when the courier tries to deliver, most couriers will make one or more delivery attempts, or leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery. The exact policy depends on the courier and the service selected.
