If you can't place an order with a retailer directly, you can use our Personal Shopper to let our team buy the item on your behalf and forward it to you.
Where It's Available
The Personal Shopper service is currently available in the UK, US, and Germany. It isn't offered from our Japan or Guernsey locations.
What It Costs
The fee is £15 or 10% of the value of the goods, whichever is greater.
How to Request It
- Log in to forward2me.
- In your account, tap the Personal Shopper button.
- Choose the country you want to order from - UK, US, or Germany - and tap New Order.
- Fill in the required information, such as item name, URL, and quantity.
- Select preferences, such as sipping options, and add any other additional details.
- Save for later or submit your request.

You can add multiple items in one order. When you submit your request, our team will then contact you with an invoice to pay. You can keep track of your orders in the same section in your account.
