When shopping at retailers like Amazon, eBay, or Sephora, enter your forwarding address exactly as it appears in your dashboard. Getting every field right — especially your Customer ID and postcode — ensures your package reaches the warehouse and is matched to your account.
Standard Address Fields

Germany Warehouse
To avoid shipments being returned to sender, you must include "forward2me" as the recipient.
- Full Name: forward2me + your registered name
- Address Line 2: forward2me + your Customer ID
If the retailer doesn't allow numbers in the name field, use "forwardtome" instead.
Japan Warehouse - Entering Your Address in Kanji
Add your own name (in Kanji if required) and your Customer ID where indicated.
