We ship worldwide from our warehouses in the UK, US, EU (Germany), Japan, and Guernsey. However, factors such as your destination, the courier you choose, and the address you provide can affect whether and how your parcel can be delivered. This article covers where we deliver, the address types we can and can't ship to, and what happens if a delivery can't be completed.
Where We Deliver
We forward parcels to most countries around the world. When you create a shipment, the available couriers and services shown are the ones that can deliver to your destination.
Please note that where we can deliver can change over time — for example, due to international sanctions, carrier limitations, or local regulations. If you're unsure whether we can currently ship to your destination, please contact our Customer Experience team to check before you order.
We Forward Internationally, Not Domestically
Our parcel forwarding service is designed for international shipping. You can use our addresses for receiving your online purchases, which we then forward to you overseas.
EU Deliveries
Because the EU operates as a single market with unified customs rules, you can use our German address to receive shipments from retailers across the EU, not just German ones. This means you can order from stores in the Netherlands, Denmark, Luxembourg, and elsewhere in the EU that deliver to Germany, and we'll forward them internationally from there.
What we don't do is domestic delivery; the final destination must be a different country from the warehouse that receives your parcel.
Possible:
✅ You order goods from a retailer in the EU, have them delivered to our Germany warehouse, and we forward them internationally to another country.
Not possible:
❌ You order goods from a retailer in the EU, have them delivered to our Germany warehouse, and ask us to deliver them to a German address.
This also means we can't ship to another package-forwarding service in the same country. Your parcel can be sent to your own delivery address abroad, not another forwarding address.
Possible:
✅ Your forward2me address → your home address in another country
Not possible:
❌ Your forward2me address → another package-forwarding company's address
You can have parcels delivered to a residential or business address in your destination country. If you're not sure whether your delivery address is suitable, check with us before you ship.
PO Boxes
In most cases, our main courier partners can't deliver to a standard PO Box. Couriers like DHL and FedEx provide door-to-door delivery and usually require a signature on arrival, and they don't have access to PO Boxes, which are managed by national postal services.
If you use our Lite or Cross Border services, which use local postal networks for final delivery, delivery to a PO Box may be possible in some countries. For standard express shipping, a physical residential or business address is required.
APO / FPO / DPO (Military) Addresses
We don't currently ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. These are part of the US domestic postal system, and only USPS can deliver to them — our international couriers can't.
If you're stationed abroad, we recommend using a physical local address in the country where you're based (such as an off-base residence), if the local courier network can reach it.
Make Sure Your Address Is Correct
Please double-check your delivery address before confirming a shipment. An incorrect or incomplete address can cause delays, and in some cases may result in additional charges from the courier for correcting or re-attempting delivery.
Signature on Delivery
Whether a signature is required on delivery depends on the courier and service you select.
For added security, we also offer delivery signature options, including recipient-only delivery — where the courier releases the shipment only to the named recipient, after checking their ID and obtaining their signature.
Availability of these options can vary depending on the shipment type, origin, and destination. Please contact our Customer Experience team for details.
If a Parcel Can't Be Delivered
Occasionally a shipment is refused or can't be delivered. What happens next depends on the courier and destination:
- In some cases, disposal may be available on request.
- Otherwise, the shipment is usually returned to us, and any return shipping charges are payable by you.
If this happens, we'll be in touch to talk through your options.
