Our customers are most important to us here at forward2me, which is why we’re proud to have been awarded Feefo’s Platinum Trusted Service award in recognition of year on year achievement of the Feefo Gold Award for Customer Service for the past six years. 

Feefo is a feedback service that allows people to leave verified reviews on our site to let us know how we’re performing and where we can improve, as well as giving you a clear indication that you can trust our service.

Unlike other review sites such as TripAdvisor, customers actually have to have used our service to be able to leave a review, so you know that they’re all genuine.

Feefo’s accreditation scheme recognises the very best in customer service, with the Gold award recognising those businesses that have achieved an average Feefo service rating of at least 4.5 out of 5, with at least 50 reviews.

Having previously taken the Gold award on numerous occasions, we’ve now been recognised for consistently putting our customers first, with the Platinum award being awarded to those businesses that have won gold for three or more years in a row.

 

The Platinum award is a sought-after badge of approval, especially as it’s based on real, verified reviews from our customers, showing a true reflection of our level of service.
