I bought a Blu-Ray from Crunchyroll in the US and had it forwarded to me in germany. After they received my package from Crunchyroll, they took just 1-2 days to process and send it to me via UPS. Customs was no issue as well. They put the invoice with all important information in a plastic bag on the outside of the package

I’m in the US and have used the UK address for them on at least 8 occasions. They have never failed me. Process is reasonably fast. Only thing I would recommend is that the interface they use for customers to ship orders, be updated. It seems outdated and it’s confusing.
