I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the price paid for shipping from our German facility.
I see that your parcel was oversized and incurred additional surcharges for shipping via the courier service which has made shipping on this occasional a little more than usual.
We currently work with a partner in Germany with limited shipping options however we are currently in the process of opening up our own facility in Germany to receive parcels which will be more cost effective for our EU customers and offer more economical services for shipping.
I hope you will try out this facility once it is up and running and hopefully you will find the service more economical for you.
Please feel free to contact our Customer Service team at any time if you require a upfront quote for shipping larger bespoke items and we will be happy to assist you. You will then be able to choose if you wish to go ahead with the purchase based on the price offered.

It was, in the end, a bit expensive, but this was the only way I was going to be able to get this product, which I am pleased with and works well. I will use this forward2me in the future for some other purchases that are just not available to ship to the US.

Terrible ecperience. Dhl was the most ecpensive shipper I have used, considering it was only 10kg.
When the 4 small parcels finally arrived in Bergamo, I was sent several forms which I was unable to print.
This was all information already in the hands of Forward2me and Dhl and could have been prepared when the goods legt the Uk.
From when the shipment landed in Italy it took 30 days before it was delivered.
Very worrying and frustrating.
I was also charged 30 euros for a 'health certificate" for 4 spoons! A total sham to obtain more money, and there was nothing I could do but pay up.
I could understand if it was food but spoons! Come on!
