I liked that they added more supported countries. They are sending a notification every time they receive your product. I also really like that you can repackage if you are ordering multiple products and at the end you can have a choice of the carrier that will bring the products to your house, which includes different pricing to choose from. In general they provide a great service!

I had great support using forward2me, which I needed as this was my first time. Very helpful staff talked me through things. I got the package, which is the important thing. It cost me a lot more than I was expecting (via DHL), so I'm not sure if it's something I'll be able to continue to use.

I'm pleased to hear that you are happy with the support that forward2me gave you however the cost of shipping was too high for you.
Couriers calculate the cost of shipping on the amount of space the shipment takes up in transit, this is called the volumetric weight. It is only when the actual weight of the goods is higher than the volumetric weight that the fees would be calculated on the actual weight.
I see that although your parcel was quite light, the actual size (volumetric weight) was higher so the courier fees were calculated on the volumetric weight rather than the actual weight.
Also due to you being based in Jersey, there are limited courier options to your country, so DHL is our only option at the moment and DHL only support an Express service from the EU and do not offer a budget service.
Please be assured that we work closely with our couriers to ensure that our customers receive the best deal possible however please also keep in mind that the fees paid include our full service and not just the transit costs. These include offering your forward2me addresses to receive the deliveries, we accept, process, store your parcels and arrange the dispatch of your goods within this price including all export paperwork required for shipping.
I hope that you will consider using our service again in the future, we offer a 30 day free storage period so many customer take advantage of this option and purchase from a number of retailers then combine the packages into one shipment at the end of the 30 day period.

I was very anxious about forwarding a parcel from the UK , but I finally decided to do it with Forward2me as my intermediary. It was a fantastic experience. My Adidas parcel came within 6 days of ordering it (although I consider it 5 because the order was placed late Wednesday night). This order came faster than many parcels I have had shipped within the continental US. I thank Forward2me for their prompt communication and service , and I am excited to use them to forward more parcels!

Overall I was satisfied because I was able to get my package delivered. However, but for the support of one of your agents, the process to get the delivery completed was not handled efficiently at all. All the other agents that I dealt with were not very helpful or empathetic to help me with a solution. I was unaware that you were not able to handle the specific items that I was trying to get shipped. But after making arrangements with my regular import logistics company, your team kept telling me that they don't deal with 3rd party couriers. I don't understand the reasons for that, but your team was making it difficult for me to resolve the situation, especially because I live in Canada and there were travel restrictions for me to leave and get the package myself.
In the end, Chris on your team was the person that went the extra mile and helped get my delivery out the door and shipped to me, by my own courier.
In the end, I was finally satisfied, but Chris should be commended on his outstanding assistance and I thank him specifically for his great customer service.

When we dispatch shipments we do our very best to ensure that packages are safe and secure before dispatching them however we have no control over the way the parcels are handled once they have left us, we are in the hands of the couriers.
I see that you haven't reported this situation to our customer service team so I have asked one of the agents to contact you directly by email to investigate this situation fully so we understand what has happened.
For the cost, I see that you have shipped two soft toys, shipping fees are calculated on the amount of space the shipment takes up, this is called the volumetric weight. The fees would only be calculated on the actual weight of the goods if the actual weight was higher than the volumetric weight.
With items such as soft toys although they can be very light in weight, they often have a higher volumetric weight due to their size. We do offer a combine and repack service which can be chosen via your inbox when shipping. When this service is chosen our warehouse team evaluate the package to see if they can repack and reduce the overall size, this can often help reduce the overall cost of shipping. This may be an option for you going forward to help reduce shipping costs.

I mainly order books from the UK , which means since Brexit I've had to pay import duties on each individual book I order. Some of these duties are payed by package (so if I get 6 packages , I pay a fixed import fee 6 times in addition to the taxes). Now I can just send my packages to my forward2me address and have them sit there for 30 days , and ship everything over at the same time as a single package , and pay the import fee only once per month. I was a bit apreenshive at having a middle man handling my packages but everything has been great so far! Definitely recommend :)

I find it inexplicable that a shipment from Germany to Belgium costs as much or more than from the UK to Belgium. Shipping from Germany to Belgium is the lowest international shipping cost you can get. I pay UPS 8 euro per box for sending stock to Amazon from Belgium to Germany. Forward2Me charges 40 euros for the same from Germany to Belgium.

Germany is a fairly new faciltiy for us, we have worked very closely with our couriers to obtain the best pricing possible for our customers and feel that we do offer competitive pricing compared to other forwarding companies who offer a similar service to us. Shipping rates from our UK to EU countries do tend to be lower than rates shipping from Germany mainly due to the high volume we ship from this facilty so we can command better pricing from the couriers.
I see that you have received better pricing from Amazon in the past however forward2me offer a completely differnt service to Amazon. The price quoted by forward2me includes a free address to receive your goods, accept and process your packages on receipt and store them until you are ready for shipping. All export paperwork is included in the price and full customer support from receipt of your parcel to delivery in your home country.
Amazon deal with much larger volumes than forward2me and command better pricing from the couriers, often sellers on Amazon are able to incorporate the cost of shipping within the sale price of the goods to offer shipping at a much lower rate or even free of charge.
forward2me offer a service and do not sell their own products so this differs from Amazon who are primarily a selling platform.
I have noticed that you have shipped a multi-piece shipment. forward2me do offer a very competitve rate with DPD within the EU however this service is for single piece shipments only.
