Hatte mir in den USA was bestellt was am 5. Dezember an Forward2me übergeben wurde. Seitdem ist absoluter Stillstand. Keinerlei Information über den Verbleib meines Paketes. Im Status steht nur „Processing“. Wie lange?! 2 Wochen?! In den anderen Warenlagern ging es in der Vergangenheit am nächsten Tag direkt raus. Vielleicht sollte man das US-Lager dicht machen und einer anderen Firma vertraglich damit betreuen.

We made big changes for our USA processing since last year. Starting April 7, 2025, all customers will need to upload a purchase invoice to verify the contents of their shipment. This is a simple step and can be done directly from your forward2me account.

Invoices are mandatory for all shipments forwarded through our US warehouse. Uploading your purchase document from a US retailer verifies the contents of your shipment and ensures compliance with US Customs & Border Protection (CBP) cargo description rules. This helps us process your package more efficiently and reduces the risk of delays or rejections due to missing or incomplete shipment details.

Pure Scam by Forward2Me – Don’t Fall for It!
I had an absolutely horrific experience with Forward2Me, a company that claims to offer reliable shipping services but is actually a real trap designed to steal your money. I sent a package to Italy, paying $82.26 for a 2-day UPS service. Instead of arriving on time, the package reached Italy after 5 days, and then it was stuck for another 7 days at customs. Following an unauthorized inspection by customs (without my presence), they claimed the product’s value was higher and demanded additional payments as if it were a business shipment.
As a customer, I exercised my legal right to refuse acceptance of the package and requested its return – a standard procedure that shouldn’t have caused any issues. But that’s where the real nightmare began: I waited another full week for UPS to return the package, after countless exhausting emails and phone calls. Finally, the package arrived back at Forward2Me, and I prepared to get a refund from the seller.
But Forward2Me refused to release the package, claiming that UPS was demanding $329.47 for the return – an absurd amount, higher than the value of the product itself! They sent me a vague and suspicious “invoice,” telling me that without payment, the package would remain held hostage. When I contacted UPS directly, they confirmed that the package had been delivered normally, with no additional payment requests. “It’s a standard return procedure,” they said, adding that they couldn’t refund the shipping but had no other claims.
Forward2Me is trying to rob me by inventing imaginary fees, holding my package hostage, and ruining the entire process. Not only am I not even asking for a refund on the delayed shipping, but now I risk losing everything because of them. This isn’t service – it’s organized fraud!
Please, stay far away from this company. There are better and more trustworthy alternatives out there. Don’t try it – you’ll regret it!

Answer to the replay of forward to me: UPS is unknown to this fee and open a request for lost package. If it was as you tell the return cost is 4 time the sending cost. The price is like it returns a elephant inside my package at return. Or i will pay for all your receiving package because ups is unknown to this bill.

Your package to Italy was refused at destination due to Italian customs requiring a business import permit. This is a legal requirement, and Forward2Me cannot override customs decisions.

As per our Terms & Conditions, consignees are responsible for ensuring all import requirements, permits, and customs documentation are met. When a shipment is refused or fails customs clearance, return transportation fees apply. The return fee reflects UPS’s international return costs, which are set by the courier and separate from your original outbound shipping fee. Forward2Me does not profit from these charges.

We assure you that Forward2Me operates as a reliable, professional logistics provider and does not engage in fraudulent practices. Any delays or fees are a result of customs regulations and standard courier policies, not our company policies.

My first experience with Forward2me has been very good. The parcel has been processed fast even with a re-pack service. The package went 11 000 km and has been delivered on 3rd working day! There are quite many delivery options to choose. Nevertheless, not everything works as expected - sometimes a recepient is asked for a mandatory re-pack even everything looks alright on a photo (the system does not allow you to continue without a re-pack). You pay extra fees without a proper notice (e.g. re-pack for safety option). Customer service is impossible to reach via a call (just email).

They ask you to submit an invoice, but if you download an email, it's downloaded as a .eml file, and they don't accept .eml files, also the dispose button is right next to the ship button, making it extremely paranoia inducing that you might accidentally delete your package.

Ich möchte meine Bewertung für Forward2Me gerne von 1 Stern auf 3 Sterne aktualisieren.
In der letzten Bewertung war ich etwas enttäuscht, da sich die Versandkosten intransparent und unerwartet erhöht hatten.
Nach einem intensiveren Austausch mit dem Kundenservice konnte jedoch eine faire Lösung gefunden werden, und mir wurde letztlich wieder der ursprünglich von Forward2Me geschätzte Preis nach der Umverpackung geführt hat.

Dafür bin ich sehr dankbar und möchte den Kundenservice von Forward2Me ausdrücklich loben.

Jedoch anscheinend wurden die Papiere über die Änderung der Versandkosten nicht mit gesendet, was im Zusammenhang mit der Einfuhr in die Niederlande noch zu einer erhöhten Mehrwertsteuer geführt hat. Dies bedeutet, dass der Gesamtpreis dadurch nochmal gestiegen war.
Daher sind es nur 3 von 5 Sternen, ansonsten wären jetzt 4 drin gewesen.

Trotzdem bin ich insgesamt froh, dass eine Lösung gefunden wurde, und schätze die Bemühungen von Forward2Me, auf mein Anliegen einzugehen.

Positiv:

- Super Seite
- Transparente Informationen über den Ablauf des ganzen Prozesses.
- Bedienung ist kinderleicht.

Negativ

- Es bedurfte erst einer unangenehmen Erfahrung, bevor F2Me dann doch glänzen konnte.
- Kosten gerade für Parfum sehr undurchsichtig.
- Kostenrechner zumindest für Parfum nicht zu gebrauchen. (Kosten sind bei weitem höher)

Due to complications with one of my packages that did not appear for over a month, I experienced a lot of uncertainty, delays, and additional concerns. However, I want to give special thanks to Nica from customer support for her exceptional kindness, understanding, and assistance.

Even though forward2me normally does not offer local UK delivery, Nica made an exception and arranged a shipment to my friend’s address, waived all storage fees, and helped resolve everything quickly and professionally. Communication was excellent, clear, and very supportive throughout the entire process.

Everything was finally resolved without any issues, and the package was successfully delivered.

So I just contacted Forward2u after I was reading reviews regarding there great customer service and how promptly they answer e mails etc...I tried there what's app as it's 2am right now and I'm getting used to the clock as I'm from Britain but moved to the states recently. Any way JHE responded to me very promptly. My package arrived from Forward2me and I’m thrilled. My experience started with a purchase on eBay from France. Many weeks later my packages finally arrived at the Preston GB warehouse. The warehouse team quickly processed my packages—taking pictures and itemizing the contents. They were carefully repackaged into one package for safety and protection. The package was quickly dispatched to the US, and I had some customs forms to complete that Forward2me helped me complete in a timely manner. The package was released and was delivered the next day in perfect shape. I’m very pleased and I’m extremely grateful to Joyce and Kaye in customer service and the hardworking staff in the warehouse. Bad. Really bad. The estimates are way off, so I ended up paying twice what I expected - didn't really have a choice at that point. They also required that I had the package re-packed (it was paper, so idk what's up with that) and that took them FOREVER. They spent like 4 days on that.

I paid a LOT for two day delivery. Bankrupted me. Then I get an email the next day saying it is estimated to arrive in 7 days. What the hell? So I contacted support, and they made me want to die. they were so condescending, made me feel like garbage. I'm not wealthy, so I can't afford to be thrown around like this, but I also can't do anything about it. I needed the delivery soon, and it's now going to be way past that. :(

Our processing team has assessed your package and repacking is required based on the following criteria:

Fragile Contents – This applies to items such as glassware, ceramics, or high-value electronics (e.g., laptops or smartphones) that require additional protection during transit.

Damaged Packaging – The outer packaging was received in poor condition and is not suitable for safe international shipping.

Excessive Empty Space – The current packaging is significantly larger than necessary, which could result in damage to the item due to shifting or crushing during transit.

Irregular Shape or Packaging – Items packed in non-standard forms (e.g., tubes, soft-wrapped parcels, or oddly shaped packages) may incur additional courier fees or be at higher risk of mishandling. Repacking into standard box shapes helps avoid these issues.

Even though it’s just paper, thin cardstock can bend, crease, or get damaged easily. From the shipping company’s perspective, anything that can be damaged in transit may be treated as fragile.

We recognize how important timely delivery was for you.

Before shipping items internationally, please be aware that additional duties, taxes, and import fees may apply in the destination country. These charges are typically collected by the local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. For shipments to the USA, recent changes in import regulations under the Trump administration have affected thresholds, duties, and customs procedures.

You need to trust the forward2me, as they will forward your order. This is the reason I checked trustpilot, before using it.
I don't regret it :D Shipping was forwarded from japan. It seem there was a customs problem (still don't know what) but they solved it and I got my order.
Just a note: You will see something like 20$ for DHL shipping. But you need to pay also your local VAT + customs once it arrive in your country and you can also add the insurance. So for a 300$ product, you can easly pay 100$ for DHL (insurance, shipping, customs, VAT, administration) just for sending it in your country.
