Ich habe etwas in UK bestellt, als Voranschlag habe ich für die weitersendung 20£ bekommen, nach Empfang des Pakets sind 70£ nach DE.
Ich habe eine Etikett für die Rücksendung hochgeladen und dann haben die es schnell zurück gesendet.
Als Geschäftsmodell ist das ganze schön organisiert und die geben sich die Mühe um die Sachen korrekt zu erledigen.

Ich habe etwas in UK bestellt, Zoll & Versand kann man über UPS vorher bezahlen, was natürlich sehr angenehm ist, da ich persönlich meistens kein Bargeld Zuhause habe. Bis zu 30 Tage kann man kostenlos lagern und Bestellungen sammeln. Der Versand selbst hat nur 3 Tage von Forward zu mir gedauert.

I must admit that I was a bit concerned using this service, given some of the negative reviews I read. However, after my own personal experience I can confidently say that this was the most seamless, smooth, and reliable forwarding service I have used! I received ample communication regarding my parcel and was given a few carrier options when it came down to forwarding to the United States. My items from the UK arrived undamaged and within a week of ordering from the original manufacturer! I’ll definitely be using Forward2me in the future when ordering from London.

普段使っている転送会社では一番高くても送料70ドル以上請求されたことはありませんでしたが、こちらの会社ではrepackingrequiredばかりで、156ポンドもかかりました。日本円換算で3倍近くの送料がかかりました。恐ろしいです。2度と利用しません。

お返事いただいた内容について返信です。
repackingが必要だったということですが、
問題なのはほとんどrepackingなんてほとんどされていませんでした。

I used my US address for the first time. Took some time for my package to be registered after it was delivered. Reading the details of the shipping options I decided to choose regular shipping it stated that multiple packages would be combined - so I figured this would be the case. In the end my packages arrived in separate boxes (which probably cost me more too). Also - DHL shipping was not an option - which is what I usually use.

Please note there is a fee of $3 per package for our combine and repack service. This covers the labor and materials needed to repack your items securely and efficiently.

I had never used this service before but had some clothing items I wanted to buy that I couldn’t get shipped to Canada. They accepted package and forwarded it to me. I had to send a picture id of me to verify my identity. I also had to submit an itemized list of things I bought and the price. They gave me multiple shipping/forwarding options and I decided. I paid duty on my purchase and it was arranged through the carrier so it made it easier. At the end of the day it was not cheap but I received the items I wanted and Forward2Me made it possible. I would use them again.

First time using any kind of parcel forwarding service and wanted to give this review since understandably these kind of services may seem very sketchy and most companies do seem to have very low average ratings from customers. After some researching I chose Forward2me due to the good overall reviews. I ordered from a company which only ships inside the US so I used the US shipping address and let Forward2me ship the package to me to Europe. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the service I got and Windy and Honey from the customer service were quick to answer to my questions. The shipping costs were very reasonable too. I would highly recommend Forward2me!

Shipping prices are a rip off. Paid 18pds & 47euros to UPS. So just under 70e to ship a dress from the UK to Ireland. Explanation I got is this cost includes admin & repackaging which does not add up. Then once I complained over WhatsApp I’ve been ghosted no solution so I’ve no choice but to pay the fees. Never ever use this service no customer service. I’ve learnt the hard way.

They lost my package and answered with copy-paste 'macro' replies. $150 was simply gone because someone who didn't work there picked it up.

Cheating company - it gets way more expensive than planned every time - used them 3 times - each time they insisted on repacking the goods despite my insistence on it not being necessary- that resulted in repacking fees + their repacking made shipping significantly more expensive. And in each occasion they added wrapping to parcels already perfectly packed. One parcel went from expected 30gbp shipping to 150 + 25 for their packing efforts. Stay away

They also reached out to me only to justify their actions in broader terms - no apologies no refunds no investigation

You keep updating your answer and your lies just becomes bigger and bigger. I asked you several times NOT to repack, and you said you had to, so dont say its up to me. Furthermore, it was packed fine originally which was clear when i received it, and i could see your packing on top of the original packing.
Furthermore, now you decided to make public what i bought, and yes it was a second hand boot for a car, that needed to be repainted anyways, so a few scratches or whatever would not have mattered what so ever. It was a 99 GBP product that i expected to pay 50 GBP to ship according to your calculater and ended up paying 30 GBP for repacking and then another 2xx GBP in shipping, it was so outragous i was considering just leaving it with you and order another one.

The customer service agent, Windy, for my US address was so gracious and helped me with all my questions, as I just started using forward2me's service. She was very competent and patient.
I also love the fact that they show pictures of the packages once they arrive, so I don't need to compare all the tracking numbers if I order many things from different stores at once.
