Took plenty of hassling and lots of problems occurred due to customs, but at the end of the day, my highly irregular items were delivered safely in perfect condition. The consolidated parcel was packed very well and the customer service was top-notch. I will be using this service again, thanks!

This was my first time trying a package forwarding service so I was a bit nervous. I was afraid I would never get my package. I received my package within 2 DAYS coming from the UK to the US. It was packed well and in perfect shape. I would not hesitate to use this service again.

Toooo expensive for the size of the box.lack of other options other than dhl

Many thanks for your feedback, this is very important to us.
I'm sorry that you are unhappy with the options for shipping however we do offer shipping to your country via FedEx and UPS. I can see that FedEx would have been the cheapest option for shipping however because you chose DHL as your preferred courier when you submitted your repack request, this would have been the only option when you processed your goods for shipping.
I do understand that shipping to your country can be quite expensive, we are working towards offering more economy services in the future however have found that couriers have introduced additional surcharges due to the extra costs they have incurred to combat working through the pandemic and the lack of space on flights for freight. These costs have been passed down to the customer which has increased the overall costs of shipping.
I hope that you will consider using our services again in the future and if you find you are unable to see the price for your preferred courier please contact our Customer Services and they will be very happy to assist you.

Seamless process with progress clearly notified throughout. I consolidated various vinyl records into one shipment. The only criticism is that the DHL (selected carrier) covered the existing packaging which covered all the FRAGILE stickers with their plastic pouch so could be a potential problem with damage. I'm unsure if this is Forward2Me's doing or DHL post pickup. In any case they arrived ok so very happy indeed!

Great customer service and prompt assistance with all aspects - consolidation of order, assisting with freight options and returns to suppliers. It’s very convenient to shop from multiple suppliers and have freedom of 30days to shop around and further day extension are only a dollar extra and most of all knowing all your orders are in safe hands.
