It was, in the end, a bit expensive, but this was the only way I was going to be able to get this product, which I am pleased with and works well. I will use this forward2me in the future for some other purchases that are just not available to ship to the US.

Terrible ecperience. Dhl was the most ecpensive shipper I have used, considering it was only 10kg.
When the 4 small parcels finally arrived in Bergamo, I was sent several forms which I was unable to print.
This was all information already in the hands of Forward2me and Dhl and could have been prepared when the goods legt the Uk.
From when the shipment landed in Italy it took 30 days before it was delivered.
Very worrying and frustrating.
I was also charged 30 euros for a 'health certificate" for 4 spoons! A total sham to obtain more money, and there was nothing I could do but pay up.
I could understand if it was food but spoons! Come on!
